Discover our highly specialized range of miniature cutting inserts made of solid carbide (VHM) – developed for maximum precision and process reliability when machining the smallest bores from Ø 2.1 mm. The mini boring bars impress with excellent stability, finely ground cutting geometries, and state-of-the-art multilayer coatings (AlTiN, TiSiN) that ensure maximum tool life even under thermally and mechanically demanding conditions.

Our tooling portfolio covers all applications in micromachining:
Boring, profile turning, copy turning, grooving, full-radius grooving, axial grooving, thread turning (partial profile), chamfering, and 90° face turning – for all common materials such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper alloys, heat-resistant superalloys, and hardened steels up to 55 HRC.

Thanks to their compact and low-vibration design, the miniature cutting inserts are ideal for use on sliding headstock lathes, micro turning centers, and CNC machines with limited workspace.
