Miniatur-Einsatz für Profildrehen, gefühlt robust. In 20er Bohrungen läuft das sauber.

Mikro-Profildrehen für engste Räume
Der MPR-Einsatz macht Profildrehen und Ausdrehen im Mikrobereich sauber, bei schmalen Konturen bleiben die Flanken gleichmäßig scharf.

Mini-Einstechstange ok
Abstechen von Kleinteilen schön sauber, keine Gratbildung am Stichgrund. Bin positiv überrascht, werde wieder bestellen. Für Serienteile aus Messing auch gut geeignet.

Mini-Bohrstange MPR fair
Die Mini-Bohrstange ist im P/L-Verhältnis sehr gut, im Werkstattbudget angemessen platziert. dieses Werkzeug ist im Werkstattalltag preislich sehr attraktiv angesiedelt, die Ausführung wirkt über mehrere Einsätze stabil und die Standzeit im Serienbetrieb auf guter Höhe.

Okay für den Preis
Für Innenarbeiten passt die Stange. Ordentliche Härte. Verpackung war sauber, Ware ohne Mängel angekommen. Gerade bei dem Preis echt eine runde Sache. Noch nicht so lange im Einsatz, passt aber soweit.

Ordentliches Miniatur-Werkzeug
Für feinste Konturen in kleinen Werkstücken gut brauchbar, Klemmung ist spielfrei und der Lauf ruhig. Bin absolut zufrieden mit dem Miniatur-Einsatz und werde weitere Ausführungen testen.

Profildrehen im Kleinen klappt
Der Profil-Mikro-Einsatz hat bei mir auf einer Yasda YBM 650T in 1.2379 auf 54 HRC sehr saubere Profile gebracht. Die Kante bleibt trotz der Hartbearbeitung stabil, die Maßhaltigkeit ist für diese Baugröße bemerkenswert und die Handhabung beim Wechsel geht gut von der Hand. Sehr gute Sache.

Mini-Einsatz für enge Stellen
Ich habe den Einsatz für kleine Bohrungen mit engen Innenradien genutzt und war mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Schneide bleibt auch bei mehreren Teilen stabil, Werkzeug ist kein Wegwerfartikel. Für die Baugröße eine überzeugende Lösung.
