Solid carbide end mills for general steel machining

The solid carbide end mills of the ECO series are a high-quality and cost-effective choice for general steel machining. These ECO series end mills are particularly economical and are ideally suited for materials with a hardness of <1,400 N/mm². They are perfect for machining materials such as unalloyed and alloyed steel, cast steel, and other common metals.

For our ECO series, we use an aluminum titanium nitride coating (AlTiN). This coating offers very high hot hardness and oxidation resistance, ensuring longer tool life and increased tool stability. The maximum application temperature is 900 °C, allowing you to operate reliably even in demanding applications.

Overall, the solid carbide end mills of the ECO series are an excellent choice for general steel machining, delivering outstanding performance at low cost.
