WCMX-Platten fürs Bohren
Ich setze die WCMX-Platten in einem Vollbohrer für Durchmesser ab 20 mm ein. Die Spanabfuhr läuft gleichmäßig, die Schneide hält und die Bohrung kommt im geforderten Toleranzfeld an. Für unseren Bedarf im Werkzeugbau eine solide Wahl.

Zuverlässige Bohrplatte
Die WCMX-Platten laufen bei uns in Vollbohrern in Baustahl sauber, Spanbildung und Standzeit passen. Für den Preis solide.

Stabile Bohrplatten für Vollbohrer im Dauereinsatz
Die WCMX-Platten nutze ich regelmäßig in unseren Vollbohrern für Bohrungen von 18 bis 30 mm. Die Standzeit bleibt in allen getesteten Stählen, auch in Edelstahl 1.4301, richtig konstant. Spanbruch funktioniert zuverlässig und die Klemmung hält bombenfest. Nach mehreren Bohrchargen kaum Verschleiß zu erkennen.

WCMX in der Bohrung
Vollbohrer in C45, WCMX Platten laufen sauber. Spanbruch passt, Oberfläche ist in Ordnung. Hält bei mir länger als die Noname aus China. Werde die Bestellung wiederholen und auch andere Schärfen ausprobieren.

WCMX für Bohren top
Hab die WCMX im Wendeplattenbohrer in 1.4301 auf der Haas VF-2 laufen. Span wird sauber gebrochen, Bohrung wird maßhaltig und die Standzeit bleibt für die Preisklasse wirklich stark, da komm ich sicher wieder.

WCMX-Bohrplatten solide
Die Wendeschneidplatten die Wechselplatten passen in meinen Wendeplattenbohrer, Schnittgüte in 1.4301 konstant. Nichts zu meckern. Verarbeitung und Passung wirken sehr wertig.

WCMX läuft sauber in Stahl
Die Platten passen gut zu meinen gemischten Reparatur- und Wechselbohrungen an Stahlteilen. Schnittbild ordentlich, Standzeit im Rahmen. Für den Preis eine faire Lösung die man gerne im Schrank hat, wenn mal wieder ein eiliger Auftrag reinkommt.

Ohne Probleme
Qualität passt soweit. Kein Quietschen, ordentliche Standzeit. Kein nerviges Gequietsche wie bei manchen anderen Werkzeugen. Kommt bei mir wieder auf die Liste.
