WCMX Indexable Carbide Inserts for Aluminium
WCMX indexable carbide inserts are specifically designed for aluminium machining and enable process-reliable milling of non-ferrous metals at high cutting speeds. The uncoated, polished finish ensures low friction and clean chip flow – critical when machining smearing materials such as aluminium alloys.
Typical problems such as built-up edges, smeared surfaces, or uncontrolled chip breaking are significantly reduced by the sharp cutting edge and positive geometry. Wechselplatten Alu preiswert
Diese Platten für meinen Alu-Vollbohrer sind ein Schnäppchen. Oberfläche in AlMgSi 0,5 sauber. Für meinen Kleinbetrieb mit kalkuliertem Werkzeugbudget ist das Werkzeug eine sehr sinnvolle Anschaffung, der Preis liegt merklich unter den Markenprodukten und die Qualität ist im Alltag ausreichend.

Die WCMX-Alu-Platten bohren Aluminium sauber, die Spanabfuhr funktioniert auch bei tieferen Bohrungen. Für eine endgültige Aussage fehlt mir noch Einsatzzeit.

Guter Kauf
Die Platten machen bei mir einen sauberen Job. Spänebruch passt. Auch nach ein paar Wochen Einsatz keine Auffälligkeiten. Qualität ist über die letzten Bestellungen konstant geblieben. Auch bei etwas kernigerer Zustellung bleibt es stabil. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Der Vollbohrer in Alu läuft mit diesen Platten wirklich sauber. Spanbruch ist top, kein Verkleben. Werde ich wieder holen, Lieferung war schnell und sauber verpackt.

Die Platten laufen beim Bohren in Alu angenehm ruhig. Späne werden gut ausgetragen, Loch kommt sauber. Passt für meinen Einsatz bei Kleinserien.

Saubere Bohrungen, keine Beanstandung. Im Alu läuft der Bohrer angenehm ruhig, Späne kommen ordentlich raus. Für meine Alu-Bauteile eine verlässliche Wahl.
