The Turning Tool Holder SVJBR/L 93° is an ISO turning tool holder with screw clamping for external longitudinal and fine turning with positive 35° rhombic indexable inserts of the VB family (VBMT, VBGT) at a 93° approach angle. The SVJBR/L system uses screw clamping without top clamps and is designed for finishing operations with a high surface finish.
The screw clamping (S system) clamps axially through the centre hole and guarantees a precise radial insert seat even at fine feed rates. With a 40-43 HRc tempered and black-oxidised steel body, the holder bears medium cutting force loads. The 93° approach angle gives the slim VB cutting edge additional support and ensures a high surface finish. The positive 35° rhombic geometry with 5° clearance angle keeps cutting forces low – an advantage in finishing operations on thin-walled or vibration-sensitive workpieces. The clamp-free holder head allows a deeper plunge angle and a clear view of the workpiece contour. R variant for right-hand, L variant for left-hand tool stations.
The SVJBR/L 93° is the specialised solution for finishing with positive 35° rhombic inserts (VBMT/VBGT) and screw clamping compactness.

Klemmhalter mit 93 Grad, starker Allrounder
Für Kopierdrehen echt brauchbar, Profilfreiheit und Oberfläche passen gut bei meinen Anwendungen. Plattensitz bleibt stramm, Wechsel geht fix und auch bei leichten Schrupparbeiten bleibt er ruhig.

Als Klemmhalter für Konturarbeit wirklich ein Schnäppchen, Plattensitz wirkt wertig. Preis-Leistung stimmt im Werkzeugbudget.

Halter 93 Grad für Schulterdrehen
Konturstark, die Platte bleibt satt im Sitz. Schulterdrehen läuft ruhig und sauber, nichts zu bemängeln.

VJB-Klemmhalter 93 Grad für VN-Platten
Den Halter setze ich auf unserer Okuma LB3000 bei Konturarbeiten in 42CrMo4 mehrmals wöchentlich ein, die VN-Platte bleibt bombenfest auch bei Rückzugsbewegungen. Die Schrauben greifen auch nach hunderten Wechseln einwandfrei und die Wiederholgenauigkeit passt bei mir über lange Serien. Verarbeitung wirkt wertig.

Die 93°-Anstellung passt für viele Standardaufgaben, der Halter macht seinen Job. Klemmung hält stabil, Plattensitz sauber gefräst. Für Standard-Drehoperationen in Stahl eine verlässliche Grundlage, bin mit der Qualität zufrieden.

Halter läuft seit Monaten ohne Auffälligkeit in der Werkstatt, Plattenklemmung greift spielfrei. Nichts zu meckern.
