The Turning Tool Holder SSKCR/L 75° is an ISO turning tool holder with screw clamping for external longitudinal, facing, and contour turning with positive square 90° indexable inserts of the SC family (SCMT, SCGT) at a 75° approach angle. The screw clamping permits a compact holder head and good accessibility at the workpiece.
The screw clamping (S system) clamps axially through the centre hole and ensures a precise radial insert seat through controlled preload. The holder cross-section is tempered to 40-43 HRc and black-oxidised – designed for moderate cutting loads. The 75° approach angle is matched to facing and contour turning operations. The positive 90° square insert with 7° clearance angle offers four usable cutting edges per insert with low cutting force – beneficial on thin-walled workpieces or where vibration is a concern. The clamp-free holder head allows a deeper plunge angle and a clear view of the workpiece contour. Right-hand or left-hand cutting can be selected – the holder choice follows the machine tool station.
The SSKCR/L 75° is the cost-effective standard solution with positive square inserts (SCMT/SCGT) and a facing-focused approach angle.

SSKCR-Klemmhalter 75 Grad brauchbar
Bei SK-Platten arbeitet der Halter konstant, der Plattenwechsel geht spielfrei ohne Ausrichtung der Kontur.

Drehen in meiner Werkstatt kein Thema, für C45 ausreichend. Preis-Leistung top, würde ich wieder kaufen.

Im Alltag ein wirtschaftlicher Halter. Nutze ihn bei kurzen Lohnaufträgen wo Rüstzeit zählt. Platte sitzt präzise.

Ordentlich für den Einsatz
Der Halter macht seine Arbeit zuverlässig, sitzt stabil und bietet eine solide Klemmung. Alles dran was man braucht und auch der Schlüssel war dabei, das freut einen immer.
