The Turning Tool Holder SRACR/L is an ISO turning tool holder with screw clamping for external longitudinal, facing, and profile turning with positive round indexable carbide inserts of the RC family (RCMT, RCGT). The SRACR/L system uses axial screw clamping without top clamps and is designed for profile and contour turning applications with round insert geometry.
The screw clamping (S-system) clamps the insert axially through the centre hole and guarantees a precise radial insert seat through controlled preload. The tempered steel body (40-43 HRC) with black oxide finish is designed for moderate to medium cutting loads. The positive round insert geometry with 7° clearance angle provides almost any number of cutting positions through rotating the insert and delivers clean profile contours without hard transitions. The absence of top clamps enables a deeper plunge angle and a clear view of the workpiece contour. Right- and left-hand cutting versions to match the lathe tool seat.
The SRACR/L is the specialised solution for profile and contour turning with positive round inserts (RCMT/RCGT) in job shop production.
Scope of delivery: 1 SRACR/L holder (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Ordentliche Qualität
Der Halter macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Hab es in 11SMn30 im Einsatz und bin zufrieden. Stabile Schneide. Standzeit geht für den Einsatz völlig in Ordnung. Werkzeug bleibt bei mir im Einsatz.

Rundplattenhalter funktioniert
Der Klemmhalter mit Rundplatte runde Platten und ein solider Halter, für Profildrehen und Formen brauchbar. In meinem Werkstattalltag seit mehreren Wochen dabei. Werkzeug kommt sauber verpackt und direkt einsatzbereit, die Werkzeugausführung wirkt wertig und die Schnittwerte passen zum Datenblatt im praktischen Einsatz.

Zuverlässig beim Schruppen
Bei uns beim Längsdrehbearbeiten von Stahlwellen überzeugt der Halter durch spielfreie Klemmung und zuverlässige Wiederholgenauigkeit. Auch nach mehrfachem Plattenwechsel bleibt die Präzision erhalten. Wertig verarbeitet.

Für Rundplatten gut
Halter für Rundplatten ist bei Kopieraufgaben praktisch. Der Plattensitz ist sauber, und die Schraubklemmung hält auch bei höherer Belastung. Ich nutze ihn hauptsächlich für Konturen und Profilarbeit, Ergebnisse sind konstant sauber.

Halter für Rundplatten sitzt fest im Revolver, Klemmung ohne Spiel. Fürs Kopierdrehen taugt der richtig gut, Plattenwechsel ist auch unkompliziert.

Guter Radiusdreh-Halter für Umbauten
Der Halter für Radiusdrehen macht bei uns im Lohnbetrieb eine gute Figur. Läuft ruhig, Platte sitzt fest. Für Reparaturarbeiten und Einzelstücke genau richtig. Rüstzeit bleibt im Rahmen und das Wechseln der Platte funktioniert im Alltag ohne Gefummel.

Klemmhalter Rundplatte budget
Als Klemmhalter mit Rundplatte preislich sehr attraktiv, für Kopierarbeiten brauchbar. Das Werkzeug hat sich bei mir als kostengünstige und qualitativ solide Alternative durchgesetzt, die Werkzeuggüte bleibt konstant und die Aufnahme passt spielfrei zu meinen Haltern.
