The Turning Tool Holder SDNCN 62.5° is an ISO turning tool holder with screw clamping for external longitudinal and facing turning with positive 55° rhombic indexable carbide inserts of the DC family (DCMT, DCGT). The 62.5° approach angle provides a balanced cutting alignment between longitudinal and facing turning operations.
The S-clamping clamps the insert axially through the centre hole and therefore does without top clamps – this results in a more compact holder geometry and improved accessibility for contour work. The tempered CrMo steel body (40-43 HRC) with black oxide finish handles moderate cutting loads and protects against wear. The narrow 55° point angle of the DC insert shape opens up tighter internal radii and undercuts; the 62.5° approach angle makes the holder a solution for mixed operations without tool change.

Für die Platten in der Plandrehbearbeitung von Flanschen arbeitet der Halter bei uns zuverlässig, der Plattenwechsel geht schnell und spielfrei.

Leichte Montage
Schraubenschlüssel wird mitgeliefert, Plattensitz passt ab Werk. Bei mir im Serieneinsatz bisher unauffällig, genau so soll es sein.

Dieser Drehhalter für die Plandrehbearbeitung günstig kalkuliert, Plattensitz hält stabil. Als kostengünstige Alternative zu meinen bisherigen Markenwerkzeugen hat sich die Werkzeugqualität im Einsatz bewährt, die Werkzeugstandzeit liegt auf einem für meinen Einsatz angemessenen Niveau.

Kurz gesagt: funktioniert. Der Halter liegt solide in der Aufnahme, Platte sitzt präzise. Für mein gemischtes Arbeitsumfeld genau richtig.

Solider Halter für Standardaufgaben, macht was er soll. Klemmung hält stabil, Rundlauf ist unauffällig. Nichts Spektakuläres, aber alles im grünen Bereich.

Sitzt wie angegossen
Für neutrales Drehen eine gute Wahl. Robuste Verarbeitung, Klemme greift tadellos und bisher keine Probleme im täglichen Einsatz. Hab ihn jetzt mehrere Wochen im Revolver und er macht genau das was ich brauche, auch bei mittleren Zustellungen absolut stabil.
