The SDACR/L tool holder with a 90° approach angle is a versatile turning holder for longitudinal, face, and shoulder turning with DC.. indexable carbide inserts in rhombic 55° geometry. This turning tool occupies the middle ground between maximum contour accessibility and robust cutting edge stability – the 55° nose angle reaches tighter profiles than an 80° insert while withstanding significantly more load than a 35° geometry.
The 90° approach angle generates no axial force components on the workpiece and is therefore particularly suited for turning at shoulders and faces – clean 90° steps are achieved without rework. At the same time, the 55° nose angle of the DC insert enables machining of concave transitions and shallow undercuts that are no longer accessible with wider insert forms. The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the rigidity for smooth cutting during longitudinal and face turning operations. The screw clamping system secures the insert firmly and with precise positioning – after changing, the cutting edge sits correctly straight away, without remeasuring. DC indexable carbide inserts are among the most widely available insert types on the market, ensuring the right grade and chipbreaker geometry is available for virtually any machining requirement.
The SDACR/L is particularly suitable for workshops seeking a 90° turning holder with more contour accessibility than a CC insert holder, without having to sacrifice the process reliability of a stable rhombic cutting edge.

Drehhalter 90 Grad vielseitig
Der 90-Grad-Halter passt für Längs-, Plan- und Schulterdrehen mit DC-Platten, bei mir über mehrere Stahlsorten und Durchmesser konstant im Einsatz.

Für den Preis solide
Klemmhalter macht soweit was er soll, habe aber noch keine große Serie gefahren. Erster Eindruck ist passabel.

Guter 90°-Klemmhalter
Der Halter ist stabil ausgeführt, der Plattensitz wirkt präzise gefräst. Mit passender Platte drehe ich sauber Plan- und Schulterkonturen. Klemmschraube hält nachhaltig, nichts bewegt sich während des Schnitts. Bin zufrieden.

Vielseitig einsetzbar
Der Klemmhalter erledigt bei mir Längs-, Plan- und Schulterdrehen an gleichen Werkzeugträgern. Die Klemmung hält zuverlässig, Platten wechseln schnell und im Revolver bleibt alles ruhig. Ordentliche Anschaffung.

Drehhalter 90 Grad brauchbar
90° Halter stabil gebaut, klemmt die rhombischen Platten fest im Sitz. Hab den für Längsdrehen in Automatenstahl genutzt, kein Rattern, keine Auffälligkeiten. Die Schrauben greifen sauber und lassen sich auch nach mehreren Wechseln gut lösen. Top Preis-Leistung für den Alltag.

Tut was er soll ohne Probleme
Hab den Halter bestellt und er macht seinen Job anständig, die Klemmung ist solide und die Bearbeitung läuft ruhig.

Der Halter im Einsatz für Standardarbeit im Budget-Segment. Schraubklemmung zieht richtig.

Passgenauer Halter
Der Halter macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Hab es in S355J2 im Einsatz und bin zufrieden. Oberfläche wird ordentlich glatt, ruhiger Lauf und ordentliche Härte. Verarbeitung macht einen guten Eindruck. Für meine Zwecke absolut in Ordnung.

Stabiler 90°-Halter
Für Plan- und Schulterdrehen passt der Halter gut. Wirkt massiv verarbeitet, Schrauben halten fest. Bei mir bei Umbauten und Reparaturaufträgen regelmäßig im Einsatz.
