Turning Tool Holder SCBCR/L 75°, Indexable Insert Holder, Lathe Tool
The Turning Tool Holder SCBCR/L 75° is an ISO turning tool holder with screw clamping for positive 80° rhombic indexable inserts of the CC family (CCMT, CCGT) at a 75° approach angle. The 75° approach angle shifts the holder's strength towards facing and enables deep contour machining.
The S clamping clamps the CCMT insert axially through the centre hole and needs no top clamp – this delivers improved accessibility on contour and profile work. The tempered CrMo steel body (40–43 HRc) with black oxide finish is designed for medium cutting loads. The positive CC geometry keeps cutting forces low, and the 75° approach angle is designed for facing and shoulder-creating operations with high feed rates. The R variant cuts to the right, the L variant to the left.
For facing-intensive external machining with indexable inserts of the CC family (CCMT, CCGT) and a 75° approach angle, the SCBCR/L 75° is the specialised turning tool holder with good contour accessibility.
Scope of delivery: 1 SCBCR/L holder (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Der Klemmhalter mit 75-Grad-Einstellung bringt CB-Platten zuverlässig in Stahl in den Schnitt, der Plattensitz bleibt spielfrei.

75°-Halter läuft rund ohne Vibrationen
Sauberer Halter, Klemmung passt. Der Halter sitzt stabil im Revolverplatz, keine Vibrationen beim Arbeiten. Für Standard-Dreharbeiten eine verlässliche Wahl, bin zufrieden. Plattensitz ist plan gefräst, Wendeplatte klemmt spielfrei.

Bin sehr zufrieden
Der 75°-Halter für Rund- und Plandrehen läuft ohne Mucken. Platte wechselt sauber. Für den Preis top, bei Lohnaufträgen regelmäßig im Einsatz und ohne Gezicke im Alltag.

Stabiler Drehhalter
Für mittlere Zustellungen passt der Klemmhalter, keine Ausschläge beim Plandrehen. Würde ich wieder nehmen. Werde ich wieder nehmen, Preis-Leistung passt gut. Verarbeitung wirkt solide, die Klemmung bleibt auch nach häufigem Plattenwechsel stabil, nichts zu beanstanden für den Preis.

Der Klemmhalter für schwere Längsbearbeitung ist fair kalkuliert, in C45 stabil. Pro Werkzeug deutliche Ersparnis.

Guter Drehstahl
Nutze den SCBCR seit einigen Wochen und bin zufrieden. Die Platte wird gut geklemmt, Verarbeitung ist ordentlich und auch unter Last bleibt alles stabil. Gute Qualität.
