Parting Off Holder MGEHR/L, Indexable Insert Holder
Parting Off Holder MGEHR/L, Indexable Insert Holder is the standard grooving tool holder for straight MGMN grooving inserts for grooving, parting off, and slot grooving on the lathe. Clamping is performed with a wedge over the top of the insert and secures the insert reliably in the seat.
The robust holder cross-section in tempered CrMo steel with black oxide finish withstands the high radial cutting forces during the parting off of fully through workpieces. The wedge clamping system enables fast tool-free insert changes, and the slim holder cross-section in the cutting area matches the grooving and parting geometry. The R variant cuts to the right, the L variant to the left – matched to the tool station of the lathe.
On lathes with the MGMN insert system and frequent grooving operations, the MGEHR/L is the standard grooving tool holder for grooving and parting off with established clamping quality – available in numerous shank dimensions for common lathe tool stations.
Scope of delivery: 1 MGEHR/L holder (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Abstechhalter mit Bumms
Setze den Halter bei meinen Abstecharbeiten in Baustahl ein, Klemmung sitzt fest und der Halter bleibt ruhig, auch bei mittleren Durchmessern. Plattenwechsel geht schnell, der Nutzen für den Preis ist bei mir klar gegeben. Hatte kein Problem mit Schwingung oder Schiefabtrag.

Solider Abstechhalter über mehrere Maschinen
Abstechen funktioniert sauber, die Platte klemmt sicher. Setze ich an mehreren Maschinen ein, keine Beanstandung. Klemmung hält auch bei tieferen Abstichen stabil, kein Rattern. Für den Preis eine verlässliche Wahl, würde ich wieder kaufen.

Der Abstechhalter ist preislich attraktiv, Plattenklemmung wirkt wertig. Saubere Abstichflächen. Eine Investition, die sich sofort rechnet. Wirklich ein guter Griff.

Abstechhalter MGEHR im Alltagsbetrieb
Der Abstechhalter ist bei uns im täglichen Einsatz beim Abstechen von Wellen und Rohrteilen, die Klemmung greift sauber auch bei 20 mm Abstichtiefe.

Erwartungen erfüllt
Werkzeug macht bei mir einen guten Job. Keine Vibrationen. Verpackung war sauber, Ware ohne Mängel angekommen. Die Lieferung ging fix, Ware wie angegeben. Würde ich jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Abstechhalter sauber gearbeitet
Der Abstechhalter trennt in 1.2312 ruhig und ohne Rattern, die Stechplatte sitzt fest und der Schnitt läuft gleichmäßig. Auch bei etwas tieferen Abstichen bleibt der Halter stabil dank der wertigen Klemmung würde ich wieder kaufen.

Abstechen klappt sauber auf DMG
Auf einer DMG MORI NLX 2500 bei Stahl-Einzelstücken eingesetzt. Abstich geht sauber durch, keine Vibrationen, Oberfläche an der Stirn wird ordentlich. Für meine Werkstatt ein wichtiges Werkzeug das zuverlässig funktioniert.

Abstechhalter sitzt satt
Abstechen in Automatenstahl sauber, der Abstechhalter klemmt die Stechplatte ohne Spiel. Für schmale Einstiche ideal.

Abstechhalter stabil
Nutbreite passt, Klemmung hält die Platte auch bei tieferen Einstichen. Kein Quietschen, kein Wegdrücken und das Abstechen gelingt sauber. Die Standzeit der Platte ist bei mir völlig in Ordnung.
