Internal Grooving Tool TTIR/L
The TTIR/L internal grooving holder is a specialised grooving tool for internal grooving and groove turning in bores – designed for producing grooves, circlip grooves, relief grooves, and axial internal contours using TDC indexable carbide inserts. This internal grooving tool combines two operations in one: first groove, then groove-turn in the longitudinal direction to create wider grooves or contours, without retooling.
The central challenge in internal grooving and groove turning lies in the long overhangs and the limited chip space within the bore. The TTIR/L addresses this with a shank body made from heat-treated tool steel, designed for torsional rigidity and reducing vibration tendency even at unfavourable length-to-diameter ratios. Particularly during groove turning, where cutting and feed forces act in alternating directions, this rigidity pays off through clean groove flanks and dimensionally accurate contours. The screw clamping system holds the TDC insert reliably in position even during direction changes, and the defined insert seat guarantees the correct cutting edge position immediately after every change. Right-hand and left-hand versions provide the flexibility needed to implement the optimal machining strategy depending on bore geometry and machine configuration.
For workshops that want to efficiently produce internal grooves and contours from a single tool while saving turret positions and setup time, the TTIR/L is a well-conceived economical choice.

Inneneinstechen klappt zuverlässig
Der Einstechhalter macht in Bohrungen saubere Innennuten. Die Klemmung hält die Platte fest, auch bei schmalen Konturen kein Kippen oder Abheben.

Einstechhalter TTIR preiswert
Der Einstechhalter für Innenstechen ist fair kalkuliert, Klemmung wiederholgenau. In der Hobbyfertigung mit überschaubaren Stückzahlen rechnet sich das Werkzeug spürbar, die Werkzeugaufnahme ist wiederholgenau und die Werkzeugausführung wertig verarbeitet zum kleinen Preis.

Einstechhalter brauchbar
Der Halter hält die Stechplatte ohne Spiel, die Klemmung zieht sauber. Ich mache damit vor allem axiale Einstiche an mittelgroßen Teilen, Schnittbild ist sauber, keine Grate. Für den Preis wirklich in Ordnung.

Einstechhalter sitzt bombenfest im Revolver
Stabiler Einstechhalter für schmalere Nuten. Platte sitzt sicher, keine Wanderung bei kräftigeren Vorschüben. Bei Reparatur- und Wellenarbeiten eine verlässliche Ergänzung meiner Werkstatt. Auch bei etwas schwierigeren Materialien hält sich der Halter sauber im Schnitt.

Einstechhalter für Innennuten
Der Einstechhalter arbeitet bei Innenfreistichen in 1.2312 sauber. Der Schaft ist steif genug, die Stechplatte sitzt sicher und die Maße passen. Für Werkzeugbau-Teile eine verlässliche Wahl, auch wenn der Sitz mal häufiger beansprucht wird. Bei mir im Alltag unauffällig und das ist durchaus positiv gemeint.

Innenstechhalter TTIR solide
Als Einstechhalter innenstechoperationen mit dem Halter funktionieren zuverlässig, Plattenklemmung wiederholgenau. Seit der ersten Bestellung läuft das Werkzeug bei mir in verschiedenen Aufträgen stabil, Spanbruch und Kantenstabilität sind zuverlässig, und die Werkzeuggeometrie passt zu meinem typischen Materialmix.
