Grooving Tool Holder MGEVR/L
The MGEVR/L grooving holder combines grooving and groove turning in a single tool – a grooving tool that not only cuts grooves but can also widen and contour them in the longitudinal direction. For those producing relief grooves, ring grooves, or axial grooving contours, this groove-turning holder saves a turret position and reduces changeover times in the process. The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the rigidity that is particularly demanded during groove turning: here, cutting and feed forces act in alternating directions, making a rigid holder a fundamental requirement for clean groove flanks and dimensionally accurate contours. The spring clamping system reliably secures MGMN indexable carbide inserts and allows insert changes without additional tools – release the insert, swap, insert, continue working. Since MGMN inserts are available in numerous grooving widths and cutting material variants, the holder can be flexibly adapted to different groove widths and machining requirements. Right-hand and left-hand versions ensure that the correct accessibility is always available, even with confined workpiece contours or opposite machining sides.
For workshops that want to efficiently handle grooving and contouring tasks from a single tool, the MGEVR/L is a proven and economical choice.

Einstechhalter ist wirklich solide
Der Einstechhalter klemmt die Platten fest, bei mir beim Stechen in Stahl ohne Auffälligkeit. Verarbeitung wirkt sauber und auch bei wiederholten Plattenwechseln bleibt der Sitz genau.

Einstechen und Stechdrehen in einem
Das Werkzeug vereint mehrere Einsatzmöglichkeiten in einem Halter, was beim Einrichten wirklich Zeit spart. Die Stechplatte sitzt sicher, die Breite bleibt stabil und die Oberflächen sind ordentlich. Gute Anschaffung.

Einstechhalter mit stabiler Klemmung im Einsatz
Klemmung stabil, Sitz sauber. Der Halter macht auch bei längeren Stechoperationen einen verlässlichen Job, keine Vibrationen. Solide Ausführung fürs Geld, Plattensitz ist plan gefräst. Bin mit dem Kauf wirklich zufrieden.

Einfache Montage, Klemmung sitzt fest. Für mich top, Werde weitere Varianten testen. Bin mit der Klemmung wirklich zufrieden, nichts klemmt oder hakt.

Für den Anfang ok
Der Stechhalter macht was er soll. Gleichmäßige Oberfläche, gute Verarbeitung. Verpackung war sauber, Ware ohne Mängel angekommen. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Langzeiterfahrung fehlt mir noch, aber der erste Eindruck passt.

Einstiche in den Werkstücken kommen sauber, die Klemmung sichert die Platte und die Kanten stehen gerade.

Einstechhalter mit Doppelklemmung
Für breitere Einstiche ein brauchbarer Halter, Plattenklemmung greift spielfrei. Nach mehreren Wochen zufrieden. Die Beschichtung macht wirklich einen Unterschied.
