Boring Bar SVUCR/L 95°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SVUCR/L 95° accepts positive 35° rhombic inserts of the VC family (VCMT, VCGT) at a 95° approach angle. With screw clamping and a slim 35° point, it is built for internal contours with tight radii.
The screw clamping clamps the VCMT insert axially through the centre hole and allows insert changes without removing the tool. The slim holder allows access to deep internal bores without the clamping colliding with the chuck or tailstock. Tempered CrMo steel with black oxide finish protects the boring bar against cutting force deflection and shields the surface from corrosion. With R and L variants, the boring bar is equally available for right-hand and left-hand turning operations.
Screw clamping combined with a positive VC insert shape: the SVUCR/L 95° is a boring bar for contour finishing with clear contour access in internal machining.
Scope of delivery: 1 SVUCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Innenstange VU 95 Grad fein
Für spitze Innenkonturen ein schöner Halter, die Platten kommen gut durch. Vergleichbar zur Markenvariante, nur günstiger. Für Folgeaufträge ist Nachbestellung Pflicht.

Bohrstange 95 Grad VU-Platten
VU-Platten nimmt die Bohrstange für Innendrehen in Stahl flexibel auf, das Werkzeug bleibt auch bei größeren Auskragungen deutlich stabil.

Die Bohrstange spart mir beim Neukauf deutlich Geld, Qualität ist im Alltag völlig okay. In 42CrMo4 keine Auffälligkeiten.

Stabile Innenbearbeitung, bin echt zufrieden. Keine nennenswerten Schwingungen bei normaler Auskragung und die Platte sitzt satt.

Innendrehen klappt ohne Zicken
Sauberer Sitz, Klemmung zieht ordentlich an. Rundlauf in der Innenkontur bleibt auch bei tieferen Bohrungen akzeptabel. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung, bin rundum zufrieden.

Bisher top
Der Halter macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Sauberer Drehspan. Hatte vorher anderes Werkzeug und bin mit dem hier zufriedener. Spanbruch passt bei mir gut. Gerne wieder.
