Boring Bar SDXCR/L 95°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SDXCR/L 95° serves internal turning operations with positive 55° rhombic inserts of the DC family (DCMT, DCGT) at a 95° approach angle. The combination of screw clamping and positive geometry keeps radial cutting forces in the bore low.
The S clamping clamps the DCMT insert axially through the centre hole and needs no top clamp for compact bore geometries. The slim holder allows access to deep internal bores without the tool clamping colliding with the chuck or tailstock. Tempered CrMo steel with black oxide finish protects the boring bar against cutting force deflection and shields the surface from corrosion. With R and L variants, the boring bar is equally available for right-hand and left-hand turning operations.
The SDXCR/L 95° combines the DC insert shape with a variant of the screw clamping, suitable for unusual internal contour situations.
Scope of delivery: 1 SDXCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Bohrstange 95 Grad, ausführliche Erfahrung
Die Bohrstange läuft bei mir seit einigen Wochen in mittelschweren Innenbohrungen aus C45. Sitz ist stramm, Plattenwechsel geht flott und beim Schruppen bleibt alles ruhig. Ohne Dämpfung stößt man natürlich an Grenzen, aber bis 4D passt das prima.

Standard-Bohrstange für Innenarbeiten
Die Bohrstange passt für viele meiner Innenarbeiten, ohne Probleme montiert. Plattensitz bleibt auch bei etwas Belastung stabil.

Bohrstange SDX-Ausführung im Alltag
Der Innendrehhalter funktioniert bei mir bei Standard-Innenbearbeitungen zuverlässig, die DC-Platten sitzen auch bei wechselnden Vorschüben stabil.

Solide Qualität
Hab den Drehhalter jetzt seit ein paar Wochen. Stabile Schneide. Gerade für die Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung passt das gut. bis jetzt nichts zu meckern.

Angenehmer Preispunkt, aber ein Langzeiturteil kann ich nach den kurzen Einsätzen nicht fällen. Werkzeug funktioniert, Preis stimmt.

Bohrstange für Formaufnahmen
Das Innendrehen an Formaufnahmen läuft mit dieser Bohrstange sehr ruhig. Die Auflage ist plan, die Klemmung zieht sauber und der Schaft zeigt auch bei etwas Auskraglänge kein Schwingen. Gute Wahl für den Preis.

Innenstange läuft richtig rund
Läuft ruhig, klemmt die Platte satt. Plattenwechsel geht flott, auch die Schrauben sitzen fest und halten dauerhaft.

Innendrehen überzeugt
Habe die Bohrstange für mehrere Innenkonturen genutzt. Plattensitz ist sauber, der Lauf bleibt ruhig auch bei durchschnittlicher Auskragung. Schneide steht nach dem Spannen exakt, kein Nachstellen nötig. Verarbeitung überzeugt. Kann man kaufen.

Läuft auf meiner Haas ST-20 im Innenbereich problemlos, Plattenwechsel schnell und genau. Habe über die Monate keine Probleme bemerkt.
