Boring Bar SDUCR/L 95°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SDUCR/L 95° accepts positive 55° rhombic inserts of the DC family (DCMT, DCGT) at a 95° approach angle. Screw clamping and a slim insert geometry ensure contour accessibility for internal machining with ISO standard requirements.
The S system clamps the DCMT insert axially through the centre hole and delivers a reproducible insert seat for internal contour work. The slim boring bar design is built for internal turning with long overhangs – even deep and tight bores remain tool-accessible. The CrMo boring bar body is tempered and black-oxidised – this provides cutting force reserves and corrosion protection in everyday workshop use. Right-hand and left-hand cutting versions – the variant choice follows the tool station of the respective lathe.
The DC 55° insert shape with S clamping of the SDUCR/L 95° approaches internal contours with tighter transition radii cleanly and provides a solid contour boring bar.
Scope of delivery: 1 SDUCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Bohrstange solide fair kostenseitig
Die Bohrstange für Innenpassungen in 42CrMo4 zeigt sich zuverlässig, Preis klar unter Marke. Als kostengünstige Alternative zu meinen bisherigen Markenwerkzeugen hat sich die Werkzeugqualität im Einsatz bewährt, die Werkzeugstandzeit liegt auf einem für meinen Einsatz angemessenen Niveau.

Robust und einfach
95-Grad-Anstellung passt für normale Bohrungen sauber. Klemmung wirkt robust, Ausführung gefällt und auch bei Plan-Übergängen kein Mucken.

Bohrstange DU-Typ 95 Grad
In C45 und 42CrMo4 macht die Bohrstange mit DU-Platte zuverlässige Innenbearbeitungen, Wiederholgenauigkeit und Rundlauf stimmen.

Macht sauberes Innenbohren
Die Bohrstange liefert bei Stahl und Guss gleich gute Ergebnisse. Keine Vibrationen bei meiner üblichen Auskragung.

Läuft rund auf der DMG
Habe die Bohrstange auf einer DMG MORI NLX 2500 für Futterteile im Innendurchmesser eingesetzt. Schnittbild sauber, kein Ratterproblem bei normaler Auskraglänge. Preis-Leistung passt für mich in jedem Fall, und die Verarbeitung wirkt wertig.

Bohrstange überzeugt im Alltag
Für den Preis eine richtig solide Bohrstange. Nehme ich bei kürzeren Aufträgen mit Innendrehen her. Platte wechselt zackig, Lauf ist stabil.

Stabil und sauber
Innendrehen an Formtaschen in 42CrMo4 läuft sehr ordentlich. Die Schaftsteifigkeit ist für den Preis bemerkenswert, die Platte zentriert sich sauber und auch bei größerer Auskraglänge bleibt das Werkzeug ruhig. Einmal eingestellt läuft sie einfach durch. Werde ich wiederbestellen.
