Boring Bar SCWCR/L 50°, Indexable Insert Holder
The SCWCR/L 50° boring bar is a robust tool holder for internal turning with CC.. indexable carbide inserts. This turning tool is designed for universal roughing and finishing operations in internal machining and offers good accessibility at shoulders and internal contours through the 50° approach angle. The screw clamping system secures the insert firmly in the seat and ensures a reproducible cutting edge position – critical for dimensional accuracy in series production.
The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the bending rigidity needed for stable processes even at longer overhangs. Combined with CCMT or CCGT inserts, a broad application range is available, from steel and stainless materials to non-ferrous metals. The stable clamping system reduces micro-movements of the insert, increases tool life, and minimises unplanned tool changes. This ensures calculable tooling costs and less machine downtime.
The SCWCR/L 50° boring bar is an economical solution for precise internal turning with a clearly defined application range and high process reliability.

Bohrstange 50 Grad Standardplatten
Die SCWCR-Bohrstange macht Innenbearbeitungen bei kleineren Durchmessern mit den Platten sauber, die Klemmung bleibt bei uns auch bei schwereren Schnitten ohne Spiel.

Spitze Bohrstange brauchbar
Extrem spitzwinklig, für Hinterschnitte top. Klemmt sauber, keine Mängel. Bin mit der Verarbeitung zufrieden. Werde die Variante noch in anderen Durchmessern testen.

Flach gewinkelt und stabil
Für bestimmte Konturen ist der flache Einstellwinkel richtig gut. Bohrstange hält die Linie und die Ergebnisse kommen gleichmäßig.

Flachwinklige Bohrstange als Ergänzung gut
Die 50°-Geometrie ist für mich im Werkzeugbau eine praktische Lösung. Der Schaft liegt stabil im Aufnahmesitz, die Klemmung zieht plan und der Schnitt läuft ruhig. Für gelegentliche Sonderkonturen top.

Für spezielle Innenkonturen mit flachem Anstellwinkel. Klemmung hält die Platte stramm, kein Spiel.

Für flache Innenwinkel super
Die 50°-Geometrie ermöglicht Konturen, die mit Standardbohrstangen nicht gehen. Platte sitzt sauber, Lauf ruhig.

Bohrstange 50 Grad Nische
Für spezielle Innenkonturen mit flachem Zugang hilfreich, Halter läuft ruhig. Seit mehreren Wochen läuft das Werkzeug in meinem Revolver, die Werkzeuggüte ist über den Einsatzzeitraum stabil, Werkzeugklemmung zeigt keinen Verschleiß.
