Boring Bar MWLNR/L 95°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar MWLNR/L 95° serves to receive negative trigonal inserts of the WN family (WNMG, WNMM, WNMA) at 95° approach angle. The trigonal shape with six cutting edges per insert keeps unit costs low and handles rough internal machining.
The M-clamping with top clamp and centring hole secures the insert seat without micro-movement even under varying cutting loads. The slim boring bar cross-section allows reaching deep bores without the clamping in the tool revolver colliding. A black oxide steel body made of tempered CrMo protects the boring bar against high cutting loads and wear in multi-shift operation. The choice between R and L version depends on the tool revolver layout of the lathe in use.
The MWLNR/L 95° combines trigonal insert stability with a compact boring bar cross-section and is well suited for internal machining with high cutting loads.
Scope of delivery: 1 MWLNR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including shim, pin, clamp, screw, and wrench.

Akzeptabel im Alltag
Die Bohrstange die Werkzeugqualität liegt auf Mittelniveau, für den Preispunkt absolut akzeptabel gelandet. Im Dauerbetrieb zeigt sich dann, ob das wirklich reicht.

Die Bohrstange läuft sauber, Platte hält gut. für mein Werkzeugbau-Umfeld passt das.

Bohrstange Kombination günstig
Die Bohrstange für sechsschneidige Platten ist eine wirtschaftliche Wahl, Plattenklemmung sitzt fest. Passt in mein Budget. Für knappes Budget eine richtige Wahl.

Insgesamt ordentlich
Die Bohrstange läuft wie erwartet, Plattensitz ist sauber. Ersteindruck nach den ersten Einsätzen positiv, Langzeit kann ich noch nicht beurteilen.

Gute Bohrstange
Die Bohrstange läuft ruhig und die Verarbeitung ist sauber. Platte sitzt fest, Kühlmittel kommt gut an. Für die Innenbearbeitung ein verlässliches Werkzeug.

Wieder kaufen
Halter sitzt sauber und läuft rund. Stabile Kante, kein Aufbauen an der Schneide und Oberfläche wird ordentlich glatt. Mit der Lieferung lief ebenfalls alles reibungslos. Hat sich bewährt.
