The heat-treated MVWNR/L boring bar with a 72.5-degree approach angle is specifically designed for demanding internal turning and complex internal copy turning. As a highly rigid tool holder for narrow VN.. indexable carbide inserts, this boring bar provides the precise accessibility needed to machine delicate internal contours and deep undercuts in series production with process reliability. During copy turning in bores, changing cutting directions and forces frequently cause micro-movements of the indexable carbide insert, leading to dimensional deviations or chatter marks. The robust M-clamping system of this turning tool locks the VNMG insert absolutely rigidly in the insert seat via clamp and pin, while the heat-treated shank effectively absorbs dangerous vibrations deep in the bore. For heavy axial roughing into flat blind holes, the 35-degree cutting edge is physically less suited due to its delicate tip; its absolute strength lies in multi-directional profiling and finishing.

72,5 Grad mit spitzer Zugangslinie
Mit 72,5 Grad zieht sie sauber in komplizierte Innenprofile. Klemmt die Platte gut, keine Mucken beim Schlichten.

Fairer Kauf Fairer im Budget
Diese Innendrehstange kombiniert Spitzwinkel und Stabilität zum fairen Preis. Schön günstig. In meiner kleinen Werkstatt ist dieses Werkzeug zur kostensicheren Standardlösung geworden, die Ausführung wirkt über mehrere Bestellungen konstant und die Standzeit passt zu meiner Fertigung.

Ausdrehstahl mit 72 Grad
Der wärmebehandelte Halter nimmt auch schwerere Zustellungen ohne zu Flattern auf. Für Innendrehen bei mir regelmäßig im Einsatz.

Die Kombination aus Spitzwinkel und flacher Stabilität funktioniert innen genauso wie außen gut. Schöner Halter. Preis-Leistung im Vergleich zur Markenvariante angenehm.

Innenbearbeitung läuft rund
Bin mit der Stange bisher sehr zufrieden. Klemmung sitzt, Lauf ist ruhig und das Werkzeug macht was es soll. Die Oberfläche in den Bohrungen wird gleichmäßig sauber und die Platten halten bei meinen Schnittdaten eine ordentliche Zeit durch.

Innenstange 72 Grad sitzt satt
Stabil, klemmt gut. Für meinen Einsatz im Feinschnitt ausreichend. Der Plattensitz ist auch nach mehreren Wechseln spielfrei.

Wärmebehandelter Schaft gut
Die thermische Vorbehandlung merkt man an der Schaftstabilität. Vibrationen werden auch bei filigranen Zustellungen gedämpft, die Klemmung zieht sauber und die Oberfläche kommt gleichmäßig. Für anspruchsvolle Innenarbeiten im Formenbau ideal.

Spezielle Geometrie, dankbar in manchen Einzelstück-Situationen. Stabil gebaut, Platte sitzt sicher. Rüstwechsel einfach.

72,5°-Bohrstange für Konturaufgaben
Für bestimmte Konturaufgaben innen eine gute Wahl. Klemmung und Sitz sind sauber, Lauf ruhig. Der steilere Anstellwinkel erlaubt Geometrien, die mit Standardhaltern schwer zu machen sind. Solide Ausführung, bin zufrieden.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Auspacken, einbauen, läuft. Sauber geschliffen, gleichmäßige Oberfläche. Gerade im Dauereinsatz merkt man, dass die Qualität stimmt. Hatte vorher anderes Werkzeug und bin mit dem hier zufriedener. Mehr braucht es für meinen Einsatz nicht.
