Boring Bar MTFNR/L 91°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar MTFNR/L 91° is designed for negative 60° triangular inserts of the TN family (TNMG, TNMM, TNMA) with 91° approach angle. The triangular geometry provides six usable cutting edges per insert – a cost-effective solution for standard internal turning tasks.
The M-clamping with top clamp and centring hole secures the insert seat without micro-movement even under varying cutting loads. The slim holder allows access to deep internal bores without the tool clamping bumping into the chuck or tailstock. Tempered CrMo steel with black oxide finish secures the boring bar against cutting force deformation and protects the surface from corrosion. With R and L versions, the boring bar is equally available for right- and left-hand cutting turning operations.
The MTFNR/L 91° is particularly suitable for internal bores with right-angled shoulder guidance and is cost-effective with TNMG loading thanks to six usable cutting edges.
Scope of delivery: 1 MTFNR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including shim, pin, clamp, screw, and wrench.

Bohrstange 91 Grad für TF-Platten erster Einsatz
Die Bohrstange läuft bislang ordentlich bei meinen Innenschulter-Arbeiten in 42CrMo4, die Wiederholgenauigkeit passt. Für die Dauerbewertung brauche ich mehr Einsätze.

Halter wirkt solide bisher
Bohrstange läuft bisher ordentlich bei Innendrehen in Stahl. Klemmung macht einen soliden Eindruck. Für die Dauerhaltbarkeit fehlt mir noch die Erfahrung.

Brauchbare Bohrstange für den Alltag
Die Bohrstange mit 91° Anstellung klemmt die Platte sauber, auch bei längeren Innenbearbeitungen keine nennenswerten Schwingungen. Für meinen Einsatz in der Einzelteilfertigung absolut in Ordnung, die Verarbeitung wirkt wertig und der Preis passt auch.

Bohrstange 91 Grad günstig
Die Bohrstange hat einen fairen Preis, Innenkonturen in 16MnCr5 gelingen sauber. Kein Chattern im Werkstattalltag. Im Budget-Segment ist das Werkzeug in meiner Werkstatt eine zuverlässige Wahl, die Werkzeugausführung bleibt konstant, die Werkzeugaufnahme passt und die Werkzeugstandzeit liegt auf solidem Niveau.

Zuverlässig beim Innendrehen
Die 91-Grad-Anstellung passt für meine Schulterübergänge. Klemmt ordentich und das Werkzeug bleibt ruhig, auch bei etwas längeren Stangen.

Stahl läuft sauber durch
Für engere Bohrungen eine klare Empfehlung. Macht gute Oberflächen und das Werkzeug schwingt kaum bei normaler Ausladung.

Für Sacklöcher sehr gut geeignet
Bei Reparaturen mit Sacklochbearbeitung nutze ich die Stange regelmäßig. Stahl wirkt stabil, Platte wechselt fix. Bin zufrieden.

91° Bohrstange macht gute Arbeit
Die 91°-Bohrstange setze ich für Innendurchmesser zum Planschlichten ein. Läuft ruhig, auch bei mittlerer Auskraglänge kein Rattern. Das Schnittbild gefällt mir, und die Klemmung ist gut bedienbar. Für den Preis ein klar solides Werkzeug.
