Boring Bar MSSNR/L 45°, Indexable Insert Holder
The MSSNR/L boring bar with a 45-degree approach angle is designed as a highly economical tool holder for internal turning of through-bores and chamfering. Combined with square SN inserts such as the common SNMG, this turning tool provides an extremely robust solution for high-volume series production where maximum tool stability is required. During internal turning of large diameters, cutting force fluctuations often lead to severe vibrations and, in the worst case, cutting edge breakage. The positive M-clamping system of this holder locks the indexable carbide insert absolutely rigidly in the insert seat, preventing any micro-movements even during interrupted cuts. The 45-degree approach angle additionally directs the passive cutting forces optimally in the axial direction, significantly reducing the tendency to chatter on the boring bar. For boring 90-degree blind holes, this tool is physically unsuitable due to the shallow approach angle; it plays to its strengths purely in through-bores and deep chamfers.

45-Grad-Bohrstange für breitere Arbeiten
Für größere Durchmesser ausreichnd stabil, Klemmung hält die Platte fest. Bei mir ohne Beanstandung.

SS-Innenstange 45 Grad kräftig
Kräftiger Halter für schwere Innenzustellung, die SN-Platte sitzt stabil. Bin nach Wochen überzeugt. Werkzeug arbeitet in meinem Werkstattalltag zuverlässig und unauffällig gut, die Werkzeugaufnahme bleibt spielfrei und die Werkzeugausführung der Schneiden bleibt über Bestellungen konstant.

Wirtschaftlicher Bohrstangen-Halter
Der 45-Grad-Halter ist bei mir im Alltag für Plan- und Längsarbeiten. Die Ergebnisse bisher ordentlich, bis ich die Dauerstandzeit kenne, bleibe ich vorsichtig.

Ordentliche Ware
Bin positiv überrascht. Kein Rattern, sauber geschliffen und kein Quietschen. Hatte vorher anderes Werkzeug und bin mit dem hier zufriedener. Im Vergleich zu teureren Werkzeugen hält es gut mit. Werkzeug bleibt bei mir im Einsatz.

Bohrstange zum Schruppen im Innenbereich
Schruppen innen läuft mit der Stange stabil, hohe Vorschübe kein Problem. Die Schrauben greifen sauber, Verarbeitung passt.

Bohrstange für Plan-Bohrungen
Flacher Einstellwinkel für breite Anschläge, läuft stabil in meinen Werkstücken und die Oberflächen kommen sauber raus. Bin für den Preis sehr zufrieden.

Plan-Innenaufgaben, läuft sauber. Der 45°-Winkel passt für Planinnenflächen, Klemmung hält stabil. Für meinen Einsatz eine solide Ergänzung im Revolver.

Kraftvoller Schrupp-Innenbearbeiter
Der 45°-Einstellwinkel schafft satte Zustellungen im Innendurchmesser. Bei Reparaturdurchgängen mit viel Materialabtrag eine echte Hilfe. Kräftig gebaut.
