Boring Bar MSKNR/L 75°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar MSKNR/L 75° serves internal turning operations with negative 90° square inserts of the SN family (SNMG, SNMM, SNMA) at a 75° approach angle. The square insert with eight cutting edges per insert keeps cutting-edge costs low in job shop production.
M clamping secures the negative SNMG insert at the 75° approach angle with top clamp and centre hole for robust internal facing operations. The slim boring bar cross-section enables access to deep bores without the clamping colliding with the turret. The black-oxidised steel body of tempered CrMo protects the boring bar against high cutting loads and wear in multi-shift operation. The choice between R and L variant depends on the turret layout of the lathe in use.
The MSKNR/L 75° combines M clamping with the square insert shape – a boring bar for robust internal facing operations with eight cutting edges.
Scope of delivery: 1 MSKNR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including shim, pin, clamp, screw, and wrench.

Innenhalter SK 75 Grad gut
Die 75°-Innenstange liefert mir in 42CrMo4 saubere Oberflächen, im Langzeiteinsatz stabil. Werkzeug passt genau in meinen Werkzeugmagazin-Plan.

Stabiler Halter
Hab den Drehhalter jetzt seit ein paar Wochen. Ruhiger Lauf. Schon beim Auspacken sieht man die saubere Fertigung. Verarbeitung macht einen guten Eindruck. Was ich sagen kann: würde ich die Platten auch für anspruchsvollere Stücke nehmen. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Halter zum Innendrehen
Bohrstange ist für Standardaufgaben im Innendrehen genau passend, bei mir seit Wochen ohne Beanstandung im Einsatz.

Zuverlässig im Alltag
Die Bohrstange arbeitet auch bei längeren Durchgängen in 1.2312 zuverlässig. Keine Ratterspuren, die Oberfläche bleibt gleichmäßig und der Wechsel der Platten geht schnell. Preislich absolut fair.

Bohrstange mit 75 Grad passt
Klemmt die Platte fest, auch bei etwas knackigerem Schrupp kein Rattern. Ordentlich.

Bohrstange 75 Grad SK-Ausführung
Die Innendrehstange funktioniert für Standard-Innenarbeiten mit SK-Platten einwandfrei, die Schrauben greifen auch nach vielen Wechseln sauber.

Bohrstange kam gut an
Lieferung war fix und die Stange gleich einsatzbereit. Platte klemmt und die Bohrung ist maßhaltig.

Bohrstange läuft stabil
Macht was sie soll, nichts spektakuläres. Für den Alltagsbedarf ist das aber völlig ausreichend, für mehr muss ich noch warten.

Bohrstange mit 75° klemmt ordentlich
Klemmung stramm, Lauf ruhig. Die Bohrstange sitzt sauber im Revolver, Wechsel geht flott. Für Innenbearbeitungen mit 75° bei uns Standard, solide Wahl.

Bohrstange funktioniert ohne Probleme
Für Innendurchmesser an kleinen Serien eine solide Wahl. Kante bleibt sauber, Oberfläche kommt gut. Bin zufrieden.
