The MDWNR/L 62.5° boring bar is a stable tool holder for internal turning with VN.. indexable carbide inserts. The 62.5° approach angle enables clean shoulder machining and controlled infeed up to defined contours. Available in right-hand or left-hand versions, it covers typical applications in general and series machining. With matched minimum bore diameter dimensions, the MDWNR/L boring bar is specifically designed for different bore diameters.
The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, ensures high bending rigidity at long overhangs. This reduces vibrations and increases process reliability in internal machining. The precisely manufactured insert seat provides reproducible cutting edge positioning and consistent dimensional accuracy. Standardised clamping and replacement parts ensure quick maintenance and plannable operating costs. Combined with high-performance VN.. indexable carbide inserts, an economical tool life is achieved alongside stable series production.

62,5 Grad für spezielle Profile
Deckt einen Bereich ab, den die Standard-Halter nicht so einfach erreichen. Klemmung sauber, Lauf ruhig und der Plattensitz wirkt solide.

Bohrstange 62,5 Grad für VN-Platten
Die MDWNR-Bohrstange macht bei mir mit VN-Platten flachere Innenkonturen sauber, das Werkzeug bleibt ruhig auch bei längerer Auskragung.

Innendrehen mit 62,5° bleibt ruhig
Mit 62,5° Anstellung bleibt der Lauf auch bei tieferen Bohrungen stabil. Klemmung hält die Platte ordentlich, keine Vibrationen. Oberfläche kommt für meinen Einsatz sauber heraus.

Bohrstange mit 62,5 Grad passt
Die Kombination aus Winkel und Stabilität passt für meine Aufgaben, sauberer Lauf und die Oberfläche ist sauber fein. Keine Auffälligkeiten bisher und ich würde das Werkzeug erneut bestellen.

Bohrstange für Konturen
Der flache Einstellwinkel macht engere Innenkonturen möglich. Für spezielle Reparaturen an Werkstücken mit komplexen Innenformen wirklich hilfreich, Stange ist massiv verarbeitet.

Innendrehhalter flache Zugänglichkeit
Plandrehbearbeitung innen mit den Platten, Halter sitzt fest und liefert saubere Oberflächen. Habe meinen Vorrat gleich aufgestockt.
