The SVJCR/L tool holder with a 93° approach angle is a contour-capable turning holder that combines clean shoulder turning with the accessibility of a pointed VC indexable carbide insert. The 93° angle is deliberately set just above 90°, creating a subtle clearance angle that keeps the minor cutting edge away from the machined surface during shoulder turning – less friction wear, cleaner surfaces at the shoulder transition, all while producing a step that visually and functionally matches a 90° shoulder.
The rhombic 35° geometry of the VC insert opens up a large clearance area that enables copy turning, profile turning, and machining of contour-rich workpieces. Where holders with 55° or 80° inserts reach their contour limits, the SVJCR/L continues working – pointed transitions, tight radii, and undercut profiles are its domain. The screw clamping system secures the insert firmly and with precise positioning; the body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the rigidity for smooth cutting despite the delicate cutting geometry. Right-hand and left-hand versions offer the flexibility needed to approach contoured workpieces optimally from both sides.
The SVJCR/L is particularly suitable for users who want to combine shoulder turning and contour turning from a single holder – wherever clean 90° steps and pointed profile accessibility are required simultaneously.

Klemmhalter konturstark günstig gut kalkuliert
Das Werkzeug läuft bei mir in der Schulterarbeit stabil, Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Budget-Kauf, den ich nicht bereue.

Konturhalter 93 Grad praxistauglich
Spitzwinklige die Platten und stabiler Halter sind eine gute Kombination für Schulterarbeit. Nach längerem Einsatz alles in Ordnung. Bin damit sehr gut aufgestellt.

Konturhalter 93 Grad für VN-Platten
Die Konturhalter kommt bei engeren Konturen in 42CrMo4 gut durch, die Platten sitzen bombenfest.

Klemmhalter 93° für Schlichten
Für feinere Schlichtaufgaben mit rhombischer Platte setze ich den Halter gerne ein. Kein Spiel, die Spannschraube zieht die Platte sicher gegen den Sitz. Oberfläche wird sauber, auch bei dünnen Spänen kein Rattern. Kann ich empfehlen.

Bisher zufrieden
Halter sitzt sauber und läuft rund. Sauberes Drehbild. Standzeit geht für den Einsatz völlig in Ordnung. Im Vergleich zu teureren Werkzeugen hält es gut mit. Erster Eindruck solide, mehr kann ich noch nicht sagen.

Top für enge Innenkonturen
Der Halter kommt bei engen innenkonturen super rein. Funktioniert auch beim Schulterdrehen einwandfrei. Empfehlung für uns.

Halter für schlanke Konturen
Spitzwinkliger Einsatz funktioniert gut, die Platte sitzt fest und der Lauf bleibt sauber. Würde ich wieder nehmen, passt preislich gut.

Konturstarker Halter
Zugänglichkeit an der Schulter ist gut, Platte klemmt fest und kippt auch unter Zustellung nicht aus. Für Wellen in Automatenstahl absolut brauchbar.
