The SRDPN tool holder is a round-insert turning holder for RPMT, RPGT, and RPMW indexable carbide inserts, playing to its strengths wherever variable depths of cut, high cutting edge stability, and economical insert usage are required. As a versatile tool holder, this turning tool covers applications from copy roughing to face turning to contour turning – with an insert form that flexibly adapts to different depths of cut.
The round insert geometry brings design-inherent advantages that other insert forms cannot offer: the convex cutting edge profile distributes cutting forces over a large arc section and ensures a smooth cutting edge entry with reduced force peaks. This protects the machine spindle and increases cutting edge fracture resistance, which is particularly evident during interrupted cuts and when machining cast skin. The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the rigidity needed for heavy roughing cuts as well as consistent finishing operations. Another practical advantage: after wear on one cutting edge section, the round insert can be deliberately rotated further in the screw clamping system, so the entire cutting edge becomes infinitely usable – meaning significantly more cutting edge travel per insert and lower costs per component.

Runde Platte, stabiler Halter
Der Klemmhalter macht Profilarbeiten gleichmäßig, kein Vibrieren und kein Ausreißen bei mir. Für den Einsatz in Kleinserien mehr als ausreichend, bleibt in der Reihe.

Drehhalter für runde Platten top
Der Klemmhalter passt für meine RP-Rundplatten und nimmt sie wirklich plan auf. Im Kopierdrehen läuft das Ganze sehr ruhig und die Oberflächen kommen gleichmäßig. Gutes Werkzeug.

Rundplattenhalter ordentlich verarbeitet
Solide Arbeit, klemmt die Rundplatte fest. Keine Auffälligkeiten, bin zufrieden. Schrauben greifen ordentlich, das Ersatzteil-Set ist komplett.

Solider Rundplattenhalter für Kopierarbeit, Plattenwechsel geht schnell. Bin nach längerem Einsatz zufrieden. Passt in meinen Revolver ohne Anpassungen.

Bewährter Rund-Drehhalter
Pin-Klemmung hält fest, die Rundplatte sitzt sauber. Nichts zu beanstanden, bei mir im Lohnbetrieb regelmäßig in Gebrauch bei Kopier- und Radiusarbeiten.

Rundplatten-Halter mit P-Klemmung zuverlässig
Alternative Klemmung für Rundplatten, hält zuverlässig. Solide Ausführung, nichts zu meckern. Die P-Klemmung hält die Rundplatte plan im Sitz, keine Bewegung beim Drehen. Für Kopierkontur-Aufgaben eine gute Ergänzung im Werkzeugpark.
