With the MCFNR/L tool holder, a robust indexable insert holder with a 91° approach angle is available that combines longitudinal, face, and shoulder turning in a single turning tool. Designed for CN.. indexable carbide inserts, this turning tool is at home where medium to heavy cutting conditions are required and the holder must securely absorb the corresponding forces. The 91° approach angle is no coincidence but a deliberate design advantage over exactly 90°: the one degree of clearance on the minor cutting edge prevents friction contact on the machined shoulder, reducing flank wear and surface marks on the workpiece. The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the rigidity needed for heavy roughing cuts as well as dimensionally accurate finishing. The lever clamping system generates high clamping forces, holding the indexable carbide insert securely even under heavy loads and interrupted cuts – while leaving the rake face completely clear for unobstructed chip evacuation. Since CN.. inserts as negative indexable carbide inserts can be used on both sides, four usable cutting edges per insert are available, significantly reducing tooling costs per cutting edge.
The MCFNR/L is the right choice for workshops seeking a robust all-round turning holder for medium to heavy machining while placing value on clean shoulders and low cost per cutting edge.

Für Planaufgaben und kleineren Schrupp-Einsatz gut. Plattensitz ist präzise, Klemmschraube hält die Platte gegen den Anschlag.

Belastbarer 91 Grad Halter
Der Klemmhalter wirkt richtig solide, bei Schulterarbeiten bleibt die Wendeplatte stabil. Schrauben halten sauber, auch nach häufigen Wechseln keine Auffälligkeiten.

Der Klemmhalter ist mit 91°-Winkel im Werkzeugbau sehr vielseitig einsetzbar. Die Auflage ist plan, die Klemmung funktioniert zuverlässig und im Schnitt bleibt alles ruhig. Gute Qualität.

Halter 91 Grad stabil im Revolver
Klemmt Platte stabil, läuft ruhig. Für den Preis wirklich ordentlich, bin zufrieden. Auch nach mehreren Plattenwechseln keine Auffälligkeiten.

91°-Halter beim Schruppgang zuverlässig
Der Halter macht einen stabilen Eindruck und klemmt die Platte sicher. Bei Schruppgängen in St52 zuverlässig, die Schneidkante bleibt stabil und der Span bricht ordentlich. Für den täglichen Einsatz solide Verarbeitung.

Der Halter sitzt stabil in der Aufnahme und die Klemmung hält sicher. Bei Schulterarbeiten und Schruppeinsätzen zuverlässig, das Schnittbild passt. Über längere Einsatzzeiten keine Lockererung, die Wiederholgenauigkeit stimmt.
