SP Grooving Inserts for Steel and Stainless Steel
SP Grooving Inserts for Steel and Stainless Steel are the grooving indexable inserts of the SP series for special profiles and combined grooving/turning operations in the P and M material groups. The insert geometry is matched to SP-specific grooving tool holders and, depending on the insert size, delivers several usable cutting edges.
The SP insert shape combines a grooving function with a turning function – this allows profiles to be machined that would not be accessible with pure grooving inserts. The cutting edge geometry is matched to the ISO P/M range and delivers wear resistance even at varying cutting loads. The coating ensures long tool life, and the integrated chip former keeps the chip controlled in the cutting area. Clamping is performed in the corresponding holder with a wedge or insert screw.
For combined operations of grooving and turning with profile requirements in the P and M groups, the SP is the specialised grooving insert with an extended application range.

SP Stechplatten ordentlich
Für breitere Einstiche brauchbar, Plattenklemmung sitzt, Spanbruch zuverlässig. Im Alltag in der Fertigung mit wechselnden Aufträgen und Werkstoffen zeigt das Werkzeug eine stabile Leistung, die Werkzeugausführung bleibt auch bei intensiver Nutzung über Wochen gleichmäßig.

Stechplatten im Edelstahl solide
Die Stechplatten arbeiten in 1.4404 präzise, das Breitenmaß bleibt stabil und die Oberflächen sind sauber. Auch bei tieferen Abstichen kein Rattern. Für den Preis eine überzeugende Lösung.

Die SP-Stechplatten liefern saubere Einstiche in 1.4301 und C45, die Spanform bleibt gleichmäßig und die Standzeit ist im Rahmen.

SP Stechplatten in Stahl brauchbar
Für Abstechen in Stahl und Edelstahl, Spanbild gleichmäßig. Die Schneide scheint gut, muss sich aber über die Serie noch beweisen. Die Schneide bleibt gut scharf und die Flanken werden sauber. Preis absolut fair für meinen Einsatz, gerade in der Kleinserie.

Solide Stechplatten für Nuten
Schmalere Einstiche und Nuten gelingen sauber. Platte sitzt fest, keine Wanderung im Schnitt. Für meine Reparaturaufträge an Wellen eine verlässliche Wahl.

Saubere Einstiche
Bin bisher zufrieden. Ordentliche Spanbildung, sauberes Schnittbild. Mit der Lieferung lief ebenfalls alles reibungslos. Die Lieferung ging fix, Ware wie angegeben. Lässt sich ordentlich einsetzen und handhaben. Für meinen Einsatz: würde ich das Werkzeug in der Klasse so auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Kann ich so weiterempfehlen.
