RPMT Indexable Carbide Inserts for Steel and Stainless Steel are the round milling indexable inserts for round insert cutters, profile milling, and transition radii. The circular cutting edge delivers a quasi-infinite number of cutting edge positions and is matched to high feed rates and a stable corner geometry.
The round insert shape is the most robust milling insert geometry – the cutting force is distributed evenly across the cutting edge, which enables high cutting parameters and long tool life. In profile milling, the insert edge follows the workpiece contour, so transition radii and convex surfaces can be machined in a single pass. Clamping is performed in the RPMT seat with an insert screw, and the insert position can be changed by rotation for even cutting edge wear.
For profile milling and high-performance roughing with a requirement for tool life and cutting stability, the RPMT is the robust round milling insert.

Runde Platten sehr ruhig
Die RPMT-Rundgeometrie zieht beim Kopierfräsen gleichmäßig und hinterlässt eine sehr saubere Oberfläche. Kein Abzeichnen der Bahnen, Kantenstabilität gut und die Standzeit ebenfalls in Ordnung. Für filigrane Formkonturen eine runde Sache.

Rundplatten fürs Kopierfräsen
Die RPMT-Platten in Stahl und Edelstahl machen die Kopierarbeiten sauber. Schneide bleibt gleichmäßig fein, für mich im Alltag brauchbar.

Passt im Alltag
Die Platten machen bei mir einen sauberen Job. Keine Vibrationen. Gerade im Dauereinsatz merkt man, dass die Qualität stimmt. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Rundplatten RPMT in Edelstahl
Die RPMT Rundplatten fürs Schlichten geben eine saubere Oberfläche. Die Schneide hält, bin zufrieden. Werde die noch in anderen Radien testen. Die Rundform erlaubt sehr gleichmäßigen Verschleiß und die Standzeit ist für meinen Einsatz echt ok.

Die runden Platten bringen sauberen Kantenabtrag und die Oberfläche ist fein. Passt für meinen Kopierfräser.

Runde Fräsplatten sauber
Die runde Geometrie ist verzeihend bei Vorschubschwankungen. Für Kopier- und Konturfräsen an Stahl eine solide Wahl. Kante hält, Oberfläche wird sauber und kommt ohne Nacharbeit. Bei Reparaturarbeiten an Formen gerne genutzt, Standzeit passt für den Preis.

RPMT Fräsplatten stabil
Die Wendeschneidplatten im Kopierbereich runde Platten für meinen Kopierfräser, Schnittgüte in 42CrMo4 ruhig und gleichmäßig. In meiner DMG MORI NLX 2500 zuverlässig eingesetzt. Nutze ich seit Monaten.
