RDHX Indexable Carbide Inserts, Milling Inserts are the round milling indexable inserts in the RDHX series with hexagonal internal clamping. The circular cutting edge allows almost any cutting positions through insert rotation and is matched to high-performance roughing with profile milling.
The round RDHX insert shape distributes the cutting force evenly across the cutting edge and handles high cutting loads without corner-breakage tendency – a clear argument on forge or rolled-scale surfaces and on hard materials. In profile milling, the insert edge follows the workpiece contour, so transition radii are machined in a single pass. Clamping is performed with a hexagonal internal contour, and the insert position can be changed by rotation for even cutting edge wear.
For profile milling and high-performance roughing with a requirement for tool life and cutting stability, the RDHX is the robust round milling insert with hexagonal clamping.

RDHX-Platten im Fräskopf stabil
Die runden RDHX-Platten laufen bei mir im Planfräser stabil, Oberfläche ist gleichmäßig und die Schneide hält gut. Auch bei Materialwechseln nicht problematisch, bleibt bei mir als Stamm im Einsatz.

Nichts zu meckern
Die Fräsplatten halten sich ordentlich. Sauberes Schnittbild, sauberer Planlauf und gute Oberfläche in Stahl. Gerade für die Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung past das gut. Kann ich so weiterempfehlen.

Gute Rundplatten
Die RDHX-Platten nutze ich zum kopierfräsen. Ergebnis ist sauber, Standzeit passt. Für den Preis gut.

Rundplatten zum Fräsen
Die runden Fräsplatten hinterlassen im Kopierfräsen eine sehr saubere Oberfläche. Keine Bahnabzeichnung, Kantenstabilität gut und auch in etwas zäherem Stahl halten die Schneiden lange. Ordentliche Anschaffung.

Saubere Schneide, hält gut. Für Kopierfräsen mit Rundeinsatz macht die Platte eine gute Figur. Oberfläche wird ansehnlich, bin mit der Wahl zufrieden.
