MGMN Grooving Inserts for Steel and Stainless Steel

Gute Stechplatten

Stechen geht damit ordentlich. keine Ausbrüche an den Flanken. Kein nerviges Gequietsche wie bei manchen anderen Werkzeugen. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Die Stechplatten laufen bei mir in 1.4301 sauber, kein Ausbrechen an der Schneide. Auch bei tieferen Einstichen bleibt alles ruhig.

Die Stechplatten arbeiten beim Ein- und Abstechen in 1.4301 sehr sauber. Die Schneide bleibt scharf, das Rattern ist kein Thema und die Breite bleibt maßhaltig. Für Werkzeugbau-Teile eine solide Wahl.

Als Stechplatten saubere Trennflächen in 1.4301 auch bei kleineren Durchmessern, Spanbruch klappt. In meiner Mazak QT-200 zuverlässig eingesetzt. Meine Standard-Stechplatte. Spanbruch auch bei kleineren Zustellungen verlässlich.
