MGGN Indexable Carbide Inserts for Aluminium
MGGN Indexable Carbide Inserts for Aluminium are the straight grooving indexable inserts in MGGN geometry for aluminium and non-ferrous metal machining. The sharp, polished cutting edge is matched to the sticky behaviour of soft materials and delivers clean groove walls without built-up edge.
The aluminium variant is uncoated – a coating would amplify the sticking behaviour on aluminium. The sharp, positive geometry keeps the transverse forces on the grooving cutter low, which prevents vibrations and marks during the parting off of thin-walled aluminium workpieces. Clamping is performed in the MGEHR/L or MGGN system; the cutting width is selected according to the groove or parting-off diameter.
For clean grooves and process-reliable parting off on aluminium and non-ferrous components, the MGGN-AL is the cost-effective grooving insert with a clear material focus. The MGGN-AL variant covers typical aluminium grooving widths.

Stechplatte für Alu
Sauberer Einstich in Aluminium, kein Kleben der Späne. Kante bleibt auch nach mehreren Teilen gleichmäßig scharf.

Alu-Stechplatten sauber
Im Aluminium sauberes Abstechen, keine Gratbildung am Stichgrund. Preis passt für Serie, werde nachbestellen. Auch die Spanbrecher-Geometrie passt für meinen Einsatz.

Die Ein- und Abstechplatten für NE-Metalle schneiden Aluminium und Messing sehr sauber, die Spanbildung ist konstant und die Platten halten bei Serieneinsatz lange durch.

Stechplatten in Alu laufen leicht
Stechplatten mit scharfer Schneide, zieht in Alu angenehm. Spanabfuhr funktioniert, keine Klebeschneide. Bei Einzelstücken mit Nuten eine gute Lösung. Hab sie auf einer Haas VF-2 getestet, keine Probleme.

Mini-Einsatz MU praxisnah
Schnittverhalten in Ordnung, Oberflächen akzeptabel. Im Direktvergleich mit meinen gewohnten Vorgänger-Werkzeugen kein spürbarer Unterschied in der Standzeit. Schönes Werkzeug, passt zu meinem Arbeitsstil.

Gute Standzeit
Werkzeug macht bei mir einen guten Job. Kein Rattern, ordentliche Schaerfe und ordentliche Qualität. Hatte vorher anderes Werkzeug und bin mit dem hier zufriedener. Bin rundum zufrieden.
