Grooving Tool Holder MGEUR/L, 45° Back Turning is the specialised grooving tool holder for straight MGMN grooving inserts at a 45° approach angle for corner grooving, chamfering, and contour grooving. The angled approach opens up insert seats and at the same time enables straight grooving.
The 45° approach angle is the established solution for contours with a chamfer – the grooving insert reaches the workpiece edge cleanly without the tool needing to be re-indexed. The tempered CrMo steel body with black oxide finish withstands the combined radial and axial cutting forces. The wedge clamping system secures the insert even at varying cutting loads, and R/L variants enable flexible tool mounting.
For corner grooving and 45° contour operations with MGMN grooving inserts, the MGEUR/L is the specialised holder with clear contour access. Even on corner chamfers with small transition radii, the holder ensures a process-reliable cut.
Scope of delivery: 1 MGEUR/L holder (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Einstechhalter mit 45 Grad im Test
Habe den 45-Grad-Einstechhalter bei mir beim Schrägstechen in Baustahl ausprobiert, der erste Eindruck ist soweit ordentlich. Der Plattensitz wirkt stabil, das Werkzeug liegt angenehm im Revolver. Für ein endgültiges Urteil müsste ich länger damit arbeiten, aber bisher keine Beanstandung.

45 Grad Einstich passt
Schräger Einstichhalter für Abstechen und Einstechen, die Platte klemmt sauber und die Kanten bleiben ohne Grat.

Stechmeißel 45 Grad brauchbar
Fürs Schrägstechen ideal, Stechmeißel klemmt fest. Spanbruch top und Schneide hält gut. Werde weitere Durchmesser der Serie noch testen.

Einstechhalter 45 Grad solide
Der Stechmeißel bleibt bei mir auch bei tieferen Einstichen stabil, die Plattenklemmung greift bombenfest und sitzt spielfrei.

45er-Einstechmeißel brauchbar
Der Einstechhalter erreicht mit seiner 45°-Geometrie Stellen, an die der Standard-Halter nicht gut herankommt. Die Stechplatte klemmt fest, die Breiten bleiben stabil. Für den Werkzeugbau eine wertvolle Ergänzung.

45°-Einstechhalter mit fester Klemmung
Klemmung hält, Einstich sauber. Der 45°-Anstellwinkel passt bei mir für Abstichoperationen mit Schrägführung. Verarbeitung ordentlich, bin zufrieden.

Schräger Einstechhalter stabil
Der 45°-Winkel beim Einstichhalter ist für bestimmte Konturen sehr praktisch. Wirkt massiv gebaut, Platte sitzt fest.

Den MGEUR-Halter nutze ich zum Hinterstechen und er macht seinen job. Verarbeitung ist ordentlich, Platte sitzt gut.
