Boring Bar SVZCR/L 93°, Indexable Insert Holder
The SVZCR/L 93° is a boring bar for back-turning and contour turning in the Z-direction with positive 35° rhombic indexable inserts of the VC family (VCMT, VCGT). The 93° cutting-edge orientation is designed for cutting on retraction from the bore — for undercuts, internal contours and transitions a forward-cutting boring bar cannot reach.
The pointed 35° insert geometry with positive rake face and 7° clearance angle follows curved contours with free-cutting action and reduces cutting forces at the boring bar overhang. The screw clamping (S-system) secures the VCMT/VCGT insert axially through the centre hole and delivers a reproducible insert seat even at fine feeds. The slim CrMo steel body, hardened and tempered with black-oxide finish, is designed for access into deep bores.
The 7° clearance angle (C geometry) is the free-cutting standard version for internal machining — ideal for steel, low-alloy materials and general contour work. R and L variants match the turret layout of the lathe in use.
Scope of delivery: 1 SVZCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including insert screw and matching key.

Bohrstange VZ 93 Grad günstig brauchbar brauchbar
Die Bohrstange für Standardinnenarbeit zum fairen Preis, Plattensitz hält. im Vergleich zu meinen alten Kosten pro Serie ist dieses Werkzeug deutlich attraktiver, die Qualität bleibt dabei stabil und die Aufnahme bleibt über Einsätze stabil.

Bohrstange 93 Grad für VN-Einsätze
Die SVZCR-Bohrstange bringt die VN-Platte bei Innendurchmessern 25 bis 45 mm sauber in den Schnitt, bei mir in 42CrMo4 und 1.4301 konstant stabil.

Bohrstange im Feinschnitt
Schulterdrehen innen läuft gut, kein Rattern bei normaler Auskragung. Die Schneide sitzt satt im Halter, alles passt.

Passt für meine Bohrungen
Die Stange ist gut verarbeitet und hält sauber. Oberfläche wird gleichmäßig ordentlich bei mittleren Ausladungen.

Klemmung sitzt sauber
Die Bohrstange mit 93 Grad läuft ruhig und die Klemmung ist fest. Plattenwechsel geht zügig, für Innendrehen gut einsetzbar.

Bohrstange zuverlässig im harten Alltag
Funktioniert für Innenbearbeitungen unauffällig gut. Platte sitzt, Wechsel klappt fix. Für kurze Lohnaufträge eine verlässliche Wahl.

Bohrstange VZ 93 Grad gut
Solide Innenstange für Standardarbeit, Klemmung hält die Platte plan. Nichts zu beanstanden. Werkzeug kommt sauber verpackt und direkt einsatzbereit, die Werkzeugausführung wirkt wertig und die Schnittwerte passen zum Datenblatt im praktischen Einsatz.

Bohrstange gut fürs Schulterdrehen einsetzbar
Beim Ausdrehen von Schulternaufnahmen an Formhälften in 1.2312 überzeugt die Bohrstange. Der Schaft ist ausreichend steif, die Plattenaufnahme plan und die Maßhaltigkeit passt. Für den Preis mehr als ok.

Funktioniert im Einsatz
Halter sitzt sauber und läuft rund. Ordentliche Schärfe, ordentliche Qualität. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Kein nerviges Gequietsche wie bei manchen anderen Werkzeugen. Insgesamt brauchbar, Verpackung war aber nur durchschnittlich.

93° passt, Klemmung hält. Für Standardinnenaufgaben in Stahl eine brauchbare Lösung. Klemmung ist stramm, Plattensitz sauber gefräst. Solide Qualität zum Preis.
