Boring Bar SVXBR/L 96°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SVXBR/L 96° is an ISO standard boring bar with screw clamping for internal turning and internal contour work. It accepts positive 35° rhombic indexable inserts of the VB family (VBMT, VBGT) with a 96° approach angle and delivers balanced longitudinal turning stability for typical internal machining tasks.
The screw clamping system clamps the insert axially through the centre hole and ensures a precise insert seat even at varying cutting positions in the bore. The positive 35° rhombic geometry with 5° clearance angle keeps cutting forces in the bore low – this helps at long overhangs and on vibration-sensitive workpieces. The slim CrMo steel body, tempered and black-oxidised, is built to reach deep bores. Right-hand and left-hand cutting variants adapt to the turret geometry of the respective lathe.
For internal turning with positive 35° rhombic inserts (VBMT/VBGT) and a 96° approach angle, the SVXBR/L is the specialised boring bar with screw clamping.
Scope of delivery: 1 SVXBR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Gut, nicht herausragend
Hab den Drehhalter jetzt seit ein paar Wochen. Oberfläche wird ordentlich glatt, keine Vibrationen und sauberes Schnittbild. Gerade für die Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung passt das gut. Funktioniert, mehr kann ich nach der kurzen Zeit noch nicht sagen.

Bohrstange mit sehr sauberem Lauf
Der Schaft bleibt auch bei etwas Auskraglänge ruhig, die Platte findet ihren Sitz plan und die Klemmung ist zuverlässig. Für mittlere Durchmesser im Formenbau eine praktische Lösung.

Solide Stange für meine Innendreharbeiten
Klemmung ist spielfrei, die Stange federt nicht und die Bearbeitung ist auf meinen Werkstücken gleichmäßig. Der Preis passt ebenfalls, werde wieder bestellen.

Bohrstange 96 Grad CN-Ausführung
Die SVXBR-Bohrstange bringt in 1.4301 bei Innenbearbeitungen zuverlässige Ergebnisse, die Oberflächen kommen gleichmäßig und die Kontur bleibt maßhaltig.

VXBR 96 Grad zuverlässig
Stabile Klemmung und solide Aufnahme für die Platten, Innenarbeit in C45 ruhig. Die Werkzeuggeometrie arbeitet bei mir in wechselnden Werkstoffen gleichmäßig und zuverlässig, die Werkzeugkante bleibt scharf und die Aufnahme bleibt über Plattenwechsel stabil.

Innenstange läuft ruhig im Alltag
Läuft ruhig, keine Ausschläge. Plattenwechsel ist einfach und schnell erledigt, Schrauben sitzen fest. Verarbeitung wertig, Preis fair.

Innenkonturen sauber gezogen
Mit der flachen Geometrie kommt man an schwierige Stellen im Innendurchmesser ran. Platte sitzt fest, kein Wandern im Schnitt. Für Einzelstücke und Umbauten ideal geeignet. Verarbeitung der Stange wirkt massiv und passt zum Preis. Bei mir regelmäßig im Einsatz, bisher keine Ausfälle.

Bohrstange 96° als Alternative
Passt gut, hält die Wendeplatte zuverlässig. Der 96°-Winkel ist eine brauchbare Alternative zum Standard-95°. Klemmung stabil, Verarbeitung ordentlich.
