Boring Bar SVUBR/L 95°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SVUBR/L 95° is an ISO standard boring bar with screw clamping for internal turning and internal contour work. It accepts positive 35° rhombic indexable inserts of the VB family (VBMT, VBGT) with a 95° approach angle and is designed for typical internal machining tasks with classic requirements for process reliability and economy.
The S clamping system secures the insert axially through the centre hole without additional top clamps – this gives free chip flow in the bore and prevents chip jamming at the insert edge. The positive 35° rhombic geometry with 5° clearance angle keeps cutting forces in the bore low, which prevents vibrations at long overhangs. The slim boring bar body of tempered CrMo steel with black oxide finish is built to reach deep bores. R variant for right-hand, L variant for left-hand tool stations.
For internal machining with positive 35° rhombic inserts (VBMT/VBGT) and a 95° approach angle, the SVUBR/L is the cost-effective standard boring bar for job shop and series production.
Scope of delivery: 1 SVUBR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Konturstarke 95er-Bohrstange
Profilfreiheit bei der Bohrstange ist gut, auch bei tieferen Bohrungen bleibt sie stabil. Klemmung hält Platte fest.

Für Innenschlichten passend
Die Bohrstange hält die Platte bombig, kein Rattern an normalen Auskraglängen. Oberfläche wird sauber, kein Nachpolieren nötig.

Bohrstange VU 95 Grad konturstark
Spitzwinklige die Platten plus stabiler Halter ergibt schöne Konturarbeit innen. Hab ich seit längerem im Einsatz. Klare Empfehlung für diese Werkzeugsorte.

Konturstarke Innenstange im Betrieb gut
Spitzwinklige Platte klemmt fest, die Innenstange läuft ruhig. Für Innenbearbeitung ordentlich.

Noch keine Langzeiterfahrung
Erster Eindruck positiv, Bohrstange wirkt sauber gefertigt. Im Einsatz bisher unauffällig, bis ein echtes Fazit möglich ist, brauche ich mehr Laufzeit.

SVUBR-Bohrstange 95 Grad bisher gut
Die SVUBR-Ausführung zeigt im ersten Einsatz bei uns ordentliche Ergebnisse, die Plattensituation passt. Für eine echte Beurteilung der Langzeitstandzeit brauche ich noch mehr Einsätze.

Bohrstange VU 95 Grad budget
Die Stange für spitzwinklige Innenkonturen ist preislich eine schöne Sparoption. Die Werkzeugkosten meiner Serienfertigung sind mit diesem Werkzeug spürbar gesunken, die Werkzeuggüte liegt auf vernünftigem Niveau und die Werkzeugstandzeit reicht für meine typischen Auftragsgrößen.

Passgenauer Halter
Hab den Drehhalter jetzt seit ein paar Wochen. Gleichmäßige Oberfläche, ordentliche Qualität. Gerade bei dem Preis echt eine runde Sache. Mit der Lieferung lief ebenfalls alles reibungslos. Gerne wieder.

Bohrstange läuft gut
Spitzwinklige Platten sitzen sauber im Halter, die Kontur kommt wie gezeichnet und der Schaft bleibt ruhig.
