Boring Bar STUCR/L 95°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar STUCR/L 95° is an universal internal turning boring bar for positive 60° triangular inserts of the TC family (TCMT, TCGT) at a 95° approach angle. The triangular insert offers three usable cutting edges with low cutting force – an economical solution for general internal turning tasks.
The screw clamping secures the TCMT insert and enables a reproducible insert seat with low cutting forces during internal turning. The slim boring bar design is built for internal turning with long overhangs – even deep and tight bores remain tool-accessible. The CrMo boring bar body is tempered and black-oxidised – this provides cutting force reserves and corrosion protection in everyday workshop use. Right-hand and left-hand cutting versions – the variant choice follows the tool station of the respective lathe.
Whoever turns internally with the positive TC insert shape will find a boring bar with low cutting forces and a smooth cut at long overhangs in the STUCR/L 95°.
Scope of delivery: 1 STUCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Bohrstange STUCR 95 Grad Innenarbeit
Die STUCR-Bohrstange arbeitet bei Innenbohrungen 30 bis 60 mm in 42CrMo4 und 1.4301 konstant, Oberflächen kommen sauber und die Kontur bleibt maßhaltig.

Solide 95 Grad Bohrstange
Habe die Bohrstange im Alltag sowohl in 42CrMo4 als auch in Alu eingesetzt. Lauf ruhig, saubere Ergebnisse, Plattenaufnahme bombenfest. Gute Wahl.

Stange sitzt stabil im Revolver
Auf meiner Haas ST-20 im Einsatz, Innenbearbeitung läuft sauber. Kante hält, keine Ausbrüche. Bin absolut zufrieden.

Innenstange für T-Konturen
Die 95° mit spitzwinkliger T-Geometrie kommt gut an T-Konturen ran. Klemmt stabil, sauberer Schnitt. Auch in schwierigen Innenkonturen macht sie was sie soll.

Fairer Kauf Fairer brauchbar
Die Bohrstange für Standardaufgaben innen fair gepreist, Qualität ordentlich. In der Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung ist das Werkzeug wirtschaftlich eine gute Wahl, die Werkzeuggüte reicht für meinen Bedarf und die Standzeit passt zu meinem typischen Auftragsmix.

Passt für trianguläre Platten gut
Bohrstange passt für die triangulären Platten und läuft sauber. Die Bohrung kommt maßhaltig raus und die Platte klemmt gut fest.

Bohrstange 95 Grad TU-Variante
Solide Innenbohrstange für Standardaufgaben, Schraubklemmung wiederholgenau. Bin seit Monaten zufrieden. Über die Zeit habe ich das Werkzeug mehrfach nachbestellt, die Liefertreue ist gut und die Werkzeugqualität der neuen Chargen bleibt auf dem gleichen Niveau wie bei der ersten Bestellung.

Hat mich überzeugt
Halter sitzt sauber und läuft rund. Kein Aufbauen an der Schneide, ordentliche Schärfe und sauberer Drehspan. Mit der Lieferung lief ebenfalls alles reibungslos. Verpackung war sauber, Ware ohne Mängel angekommen. Was ich sagen kann: das Werkzeug hat sich im Alltag bei uns echt bewährt. Werde ich nachbestellen.
