Boring Bar SSSCR/L 45°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SSSCR/L 45° is an specialised internal turning boring bar for positive 90° square inserts of the SC family (SCMT, SCGT) at a 45° approach angle. The design is built for profile and copy turning in bores with particular geometric requirements.
The screw clamping secures the square SCMT insert at the shallow approach angle and holds the insert seat steady even during facing operations in the bore. The slim boring bar cross-section enables access to deep bores without the clamping colliding with the turret. The black-oxidised steel body of tempered CrMo protects the boring bar against high cutting loads and wear in multi-shift operation. The choice between R and L variant depends on the turret layout of the lathe in use.
For internal facing with thin-walled sleeves or internal flanges, the 45° approach angle of the SSSCR/L distributes cutting forces favourably – a boring bar for facing-heavy operations.
Scope of delivery: 1 SSSCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Bohrstange 45 Grad fair kalkuliert
Diese Bohrstange mit 45°-Winkel ist eine günstige Alternative, Schwerzustellung innen passt. Für den kostenbewussten Einsatz im Kleinbetrieb ist das Werkzeug eine klare Empfehlung, die Werkzeuggüte bleibt konstant und die Werkzeugkosten pro Auftrag sinken merklich gegenüber meinen vorherigen Lieferanten.

Innenlochbearbeitung zuverlässig
Passende Bohrstange für Innenbohrungen in verschiedenen Stahlsorten. Klemmung ist solide, der Grundkörper wirkt sauber gegossen und bearbeitet, keine Kratzer.

45°-Bohrstange für Planinnenarbeiten brauchbar
Für Plan-Innenaufgaben mit 45°-Einstellwinkel nutze ich sie regelmäßig. Klemmung hält zuverlässig, kein Wackeln der Platte. Rundlauf ist im grünen Bereich, Oberfläche wird ordentlich. Für meinen Alltag eine solide Ergänzung im Revolver.

Gute Bohrstange für den Preis
Setze die SSSCR-Bohrstange für verschiedene Innenbearbeitungen ein. Läuft ruhig, auch bei etwas tieferen bohrungen. Verarbeitung ist sauber und die Platte wird gut geklemmt.

Vorsichtiges Daumen hoch
Alltagstaugliches Werkzeug, macht bei mir in der kleineren Fertigung eine ordentliche Figur. Ob es das teurere Premium-Werkzeug wirklich ersetzen kann, beobachte ich weiter.
