Boring Bar SSKCR/L 75°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SSKCR/L 75° is an screw-clamp boring bar for positive 90° square inserts of the SC family (SCMT, SCGT) at a 75° approach angle. The symmetrical square insert with four cutting edges reduces unit costs in facing-intensive internal machining.
The screw clamping system clamps the square SCMT insert axially through the centre hole and ensures a reproducible insert seat during internal facing. The slim holder allows access to deep internal bores without the tool clamping colliding with the chuck or tailstock. Tempered CrMo steel with black oxide finish protects the boring bar against cutting force deflection and shields the surface from corrosion. With R and L variants, the boring bar is equally available for right-hand and left-hand turning operations.
The SSKCR/L 75° combines screw clamping with the square SC insert shape – a boring bar for facing-intensive internal operations.
Scope of delivery: 1 SSKCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

75°-Bohrstange für Innendrehen
Stabile Ausführung, Klemmung passt, keine Bewegung der Wendeplatte. Der Lauf in der Innenkontur ist sauber, bin rundum zufrieden. Solide Qualität zum fairen Preis.

Bohrstange ok
Die Bohrstange macht Schulterdrehen sauber, Oberfläche ist ebenfalls ordentlich und die Klemmung hält gut.

SK-Bohrstange 75 Grad kräftig
Stabiler Innenhalter für schwere Zustellung, Die Platten sitzen spielfrei. Hab den Halter auf einer DMG MORI NLX 2500 laufen. Im Betrieb mit wechselnden Losgrößen beweist das Werkzeug eine angenehme Konstanz, die Schnittgüte ist bei jedem Einsatz vergleichbar sauber und die Kantenqualität hat keine Überraschungen parat.

75 Grad für Innenarbeit
Schneidet stabil mit 75 Grad, Klemmung hält sicher und passt für schwere Schnitte. Auch bei längerer Auskragung bleibt die Bearbeitung ruhig, bisher keine Ausfälle bei mir.

Die SSKCR-Bohrstange bringt SK-Platten bei Innendurchmessern 30 bis 50 mm in den Schnitt, die Bearbeitung bleibt bei uns über lange Serien konstant sauber.

Bohrstange im Alltagstest
Auf einer Doosan Puma 2600 bei 42CrMo4 Reparaturteilen eingesetzt, läuft stabil. Oberfläche im Innendurchmesser wird sauber. Bin mit Preis-Leistung zufrieden. Rüstzeit bleibt dabei überschaubar weil die Platte schnell klemmt und das Handling wirklich im Alltag passt.

Passt gut für meine Innen-Plan-Bohrungen
Hab sie für Innen-Plandrehen genommen, die Anschlagflächen kommen sauber und die Oberfläche gleichmäßig. Klemmung sitzt bombenfest und ich würde wieder bestellen.

Bohrstange klemmt gut im Sitz
Innenbearbeitung ohne Mucken, klemmt die Platte sauber. Bin zufrieden mit dem Werkzeug, die Schrauben halten ordentlich.
