Boring Bar SNGR/L, Internal Grooving Tool Holder
The SNGR/L grooving holder is a compact internal grooving tool for GR/L grooving inserts – designed for precise grooving operations in bores from 10 mm diameter. With its 92° approach angle, this grooving holder is suitable for both axial face grooving and slightly radial grooves, covering a broad spectrum of typical internal machining operations on CNC and conventional lathes.
The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the rigidity that is critical during internal grooving operations with long overhangs – less vibration means better surface quality in the groove and longer insert life. Depending on the variant, GR/L indexable carbide inserts in sizes 7, 8, or 9 can be used, making grooving widths and geometries flexibly adaptable to the respective task. The Torx screw clamping system secures the insert firmly and reproducibly, so work can continue immediately after changing without readjustment. With six shank diameters from 8 to 20 mm and both right-hand and left-hand versions, the right configuration can be found for virtually any bore situation and machine setup.
A well-conceived choice for job shops and series production facilities that want to combine process reliability and quick setup changes in an economical tooling system for internal grooving.

Innenstechen brauchbar
Die Bohrstange hält die Einstechplatte sauber, erste Einsätze ohne Auffälligkeiten. Noch zu wenig Erfahrung für Langzeit, tendenziell zufrieden.

Inneneinstechen ganz brauchbar
Der Innen-Einstechmeißel erledigt seine Arbeit ordentlich. Die Stechplatte sitzt fest und die Handhabung geht okay. Für sehr filigrane Arbeit stößt der Schaft an die Grenzen, was bei dem Preis aber vertretbar ist.

Der Einstechhalter erledigt bei mir Innennuten mit Durchmesser ab 16 mm sauber, Klemmung spielfrei und der Plattenwechsel geht schnell.

Stechhalter mit stabilem Sitz
Klemmt die Stechplatten fest, Schnittbild beim Einstechen in Baustahl gleichmäßig. Verarbeitung ist sauber.

Innenstechen funktioniert zuverlässig
Bohrstange für Innenstech- und Einstecharbeiten. Kommt auch in engeren Bohrungen sauber zum Einsatz. Platte sitzt präzise.

Für Einstiche in der Bohrung eine runde Sache, die Klemmung packt zu und die Nutflanken kommen sauber.

Innen-Einstechhalter günstig
Der Einstechhalter für Innennuten ab 3 mm ist preislich sehr angenehm, Plattensitz stabil. Seit der Aufnahme dieses Werkzeugs in meinen Bestand habe ich meine Werkzeugausgaben merklich reduziert, die Werkzeuggüte bleibt über Bestellungen hinweg konstant und die Aufnahme passt.
