Boring Bar SDJCR/L 93°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SDJCR/L 93° is designed for positive 55° rhombic inserts of the DC family (DCMT, DCGT) at a 93° approach angle. The slim 55° point opens up tight internal contours, and the screw clamping ensures a compact holder geometry for boring work.
The screw clamping secures the positive DCMT insert and delivers a compact boring bar interface for contour finishing operations. The slim boring bar cross-section enables access to deep bores without the clamping colliding with the turret. The black-oxidised steel body of tempered CrMo protects the boring bar against high cutting loads and wear in multi-shift operation. The choice between R and L variant depends on the turret layout of the lathe in use.
Whoever finishes or contours DC profiles internally will find a boring bar with a fine point angle and stable screw clamping in one design in the SDJCR/L 93°.
Scope of delivery: 1 SDJCR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including screw and wrench.

Bohrstange für Kopierdrehen, läuft bei mir
Der 93-Grad-Halter zieht bei Innenkonturen sauber durch, Klemmung stramm und Werkstoffbearbeitung in Stahl läuft ruhig. Auch bei etwas längerem Auskragen bleibt das Ganze stabil genug, bin überzeugt.

Bohrstange 93 Grad im Preis ok
Die Bohrstange ist Standard im Innendrehbereich, Preis sehr angenehm. Auf meiner Haas ST-20 ohne Probleme. Nach Monaten keine Auffälligkeiten. Reduziert meine Werkzeugausgaben merklich.

Bohrstange 93 Grad SDJ-Typ
Die Bohrstange arbeitet bei Innenbohrungen mit DC-Platten konstant, die Wendeplatten sitzen auch bei mittleren Zustellungen stabil in der Aufnahme.

Bohrstange 93 Grad brauchbar
Innendrehen mit der Bohrstange läuft bei mir in 42CrMo4 ruhig, keine Rattermarken bei 3xd Auskragung. Die Plattenklemmung ist sauber und die Schrauben greifen gut. Für den Preis wirklich ein solides Werkzeug, werde ich wieder bestellen.

Stabile Bohrstange für meine Einsätze
Schöne gleichmäßige Ergebnisse beim Innendrehen, die Stange schwingt kaum und die Platte sitzt fest. Auch bei etwas längerer Ausladung bleibt der Lauf ruhig, die Klemmung greift sicher und die Bohrung wird bei meinen Schnittwerten absolut maßhaltig.

Bohrstange mit 93° solide
Für Innendurchmesser-Bearbeitung gut geeignet. Der flache Winkel verzeiht auch knifflige Werkstückformen. Platte sitzt sauber, Wechsel geht schnell und der Grundkörper wirkt massiv genug für den harten Werkstattalltag.

93°-Bohrstange für Innendrehen sauber
Innen dreht sauber, kein Spiel im Halter. Klemmung hält die Wendeplatte ordentlich, Rundlauf ist auch bei längerer Auskragung akzeptabel. Bin mit dem Kauf zufrieden, Verarbeitung wirkt robust. Für Standard-Innenbearbeitungen eine solide Wahl im Revolver.

Bohrstange sauber
Bohrstange arbeitet beim Innendrehen von Formeinsätzen ruhig, die Schaftsteifigkeit ist ordentlich und die Platte liegt fest auf. Für mittlere Durchmesser im Werkzeugbau passend eingesetzt.

Gute Bohrstange
Ruhiger Lauf, saubere Oberfläche innen. Passt. Insgesamt ein solides Werkzeug, kann ich so weiterempfehlen.
