Boring Bar SCLCR/L 95°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar SCLCR/L 95° is an screw-clamp boring bar for positive 80° rhombic inserts of the CC family (CCMT, CCGT) at a 95° approach angle. The positive insert geometry keeps cutting forces in the bore low – an advantage with long overhangs.
The screw-clamp system clamps the CCMT insert axially through the centre hole and ensures a reproducible insert seat even at varying cutting parameters. The boring bar geometry is optimised for reach – deep bores with confined tool stations remain reliably accessible. The black-oxidised, tempered CrMo steel section absorbs high cutting forces without deflecting. The right-hand and left-hand cutting variants allow adaptation to the respective turret geometry of the lathe.
For internal turning operations with positive CCMT inserts and low cutting force, the SCLCR/L 95° provides a proven boring bar with a compact footprint.

Innendrehstange tut ihren Dienst
Die 95°-Bohrstange mit Schraubklemmung ist bei uns für Standard-Innenkonturen im Einsatz. Plattensitz ist gut gefräst, Spannschraube läuft sauber im Gewinde. Oberfläche der Innenkontur wird ordentlich, keine Vibrationen bei normaler Auskraglänge.

Bohrstange 95 Grad zuverlässig
Die die 95°-Variante nutze ich seit Jahren in meiner Werkstatt für Innenkonturen, die Standardstange bei uns. Platten sitzen sauber, keine Überraschungen. Im Kleinserienbetrieb bewährt sich das Werkzeug ausgezeichnet, die Werkzeugausführung ist flexibel genug für meinen typischen Auftragsmix aus Einzelstücken und kleineren Losgrößen.

Zuverlässig in verschiedenen Innenbohr-Arbeiten
Die SCLCR/L nutze ich bei Innenlöchern vom Baustahl bis Edelstahl 1.4301. Läuft ruhig, keine Vibrationen, Klemmung ist praktisch durchdacht. Werkzeugwechsel ist schnell erledigt.

Saubere 95-Grad-Kontur, Platte klemmt sicher
Die Bohrstange klemmt CCMT-Platten sicher, Innenausdrehen in C45 läuft ruhig. Mehr erwarte ich in der Preisklasse nicht.

Schraubklemmung okay
Die Schraubklemmung ist einfach und funktional, die Platte sitzt zuverlässig. Bohrung wird sauber, bisher kann ich nichts negatives sagen.

Innendrehstange 95 Grad vielseitig
Die Bohrstange für die Platten nutze ich bei verschiedenen Stählen und Edelstählen, die Oberflächenqualität ist bei 0,15 mm/U Vorschub konstant gleichmäßig.

Bohrstange macht ihren Job
Im innendrehen läuft die stange sauber, auch bei 3xd auskragung keine nennenswerten vibrationen.Vorne klemmt die Platte fest.

Solide Werkstatt-Qualität
Passt für unsere gemischten Innenbearbeitungen. Schnittbild ist ordentlich, Platte sitzt sauber. Keine Klagen bisher, Nachbestellung ist schon angestoßen weil das Ding einfach zuverlässig funktioniert.

Bohrstange sehr gut fürs Geld
Die Bohrstange nutze ich regelmäßig für Standard-Innenkonturen. Preis wirklich angenehm, Qualität passt. Pro Plattenkante sehr günstig. Werkzeug bleibt bei uns im Einsatz.
