The MTWNR/L boring bar is the economical solution for low-vibration internal turning of demanding components. This tool holder guides the cutting edge precisely into the cutting zone even in deeper bores and absorbs the occurring radial forces with process reliability. Designed for TN.. indexable carbide inserts, this turning tool features a 60-degree approach angle that guarantees stable machining at consistent feed rates.
In series production, tool rigidity determines overall costs. The internal turning tool, made from heat-treated high-performance material, reliably minimises micro-vibrations, drastically reducing cutting edge chipping and noticeably extending insert life. The integrated M-clamping system secures the indexable carbide insert play-free in the holder, ensuring exact repeatability after insert changes. 60°-Bohrstange für spezielle Profile
Für spezielle Profile nützlich, der 60°-Winkel erlaubt Sondergeometrien. Klemmung ordentlich, Plattensitz sauber gefräst. Brauchbares Werkzeug für Nischenanwendungen.

Bohrstange zuverlässig
Die Bohrstange macht ihren Job zuverlässig, die Platte sitzt fest und der Schaft ist gerade. Für meine Einsatzzwecke eine solide Wahl.

Läuft vibrationsarm und sehr sauber
Innendrehen läuft wirklich ruhig, die Bohrstange ist für ihren Durchmesser erstaunlich steif. Die Platte klemmt fest, das Schnittbild ist gleichmäßig und die Oberfläche kommt ordentlich. Gute Sache.

Wenn es um Zentrierkegel und spitzere Innenformen geht, ist die Stange mein erster Griff. Platte sitzt fest. Mehr braucht es nicht.

Bohrstange 60 Grad MTW-Typ im Dauereinsatz
Die Bohrstange mit 60-Grad-Anstellwinkel nutze ich an einer Haas ST-20 über mehrere Wochen in verschiedenen Stählen, der Winkel bringt bei Konturübergängen sauber arbeitende Ergebnisse und die Klemmung hält bombenfest auch bei längerer Auskragung. Die Werkzeugaufnahme wirkt robust und die Standzeit der Platten bleibt bei unseren Parametern konstant gut. Für unseren Serienbetrieb eine verlässliche Wahl.

Innenstange 60 Grad klemmt satt
Für Dreiecke innen, klemmung fest. Sauber, bin zufrieden. Für meine Werkstatt absolut ausreichend, werde ich wieder holen.

60-Grad-Innenhalter brauchbar
Nische für Gewindeausläufe und spezielle Innenradien, der 60°-Einstellwinkel ist dort wertvoll. Keine Ausbrüche an der Schneide beobachtet.

Solider Drehhalter
Der Halter macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Läuft bei mir auf der Okuma Genos L250 ohne Probleme. Ordentliche Standzeit, kein Aufbauen an der Schneide und gute Passgenauigkeit. Passt so für mich.
