The MTUNR/L boring bar with a 95° approach angle is an economical internal turning holder for longitudinal, face, and shoulder turning in bores with TN.. indexable carbide inserts. Six usable cutting edges per triangular negative insert make this boring bar one of the most cost-effective solutions per cutting edge in internal machining – combined with a robust cutting geometry and high clamping forces from the lever clamping system.
The 95° approach angle ensures that the minor cutting edge remains clear of the machined internal surface during shoulder turning in the bore – the generous 5° clearance angle prevents friction contact even with slight feed variations, leaving clean internal shoulders without pressure marks. The lever clamping system generates high clamping forces, holding the TN insert securely even during heavy machining, while leaving the rake face completely clear – a key factor for unobstructed chip evacuation during internal machining with limited chip space. The shank, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the bending rigidity that ensures stable cutting conditions and clean surfaces at longer overhangs in the bore. The triangular 60° insert geometry offers a robust, fracture-resistant cutting edge that works reliably even during interrupted cuts and varying stock allowances.
The MTUNR/L boring bar is recommended for workshops that want to minimise tooling costs per cutting edge in internal machining without sacrificing the reliability of a lever clamping system – six cutting edges per insert keep follow-up costs low.

Im Budget fair
Die Bohrstange für Standardbetrieb ist in meiner Werkstatt im Einsatz, Preis gut. Werkzeug passt zu meinem kleinen Budget.

95°-Bohrstange solide
Für Konturen und Plandrehen innen ordentlich einsetzbar. Klemmung zieht die Platte gleichmäßig nach unten, keine Mängel.

Stabiler Halter
Hab den Drehhalter jetzt seit ein paar Wochen. Sauberes Schnittbild, ordentliche Schärfe. Verpackung war sauber, Ware ohne Mängel angekommen. Mehr braucht es für meinen Einsatz nicht.

Stabile Innenbohrstange
Die Bohrstange ist robust gebaut, auch bei Schulterdrehen im Inneren bleibt sie ruhig. Plattenwechsel funktioniert schnell, Klemmung spielfrei.

Innenbohrstange 95 Grad MTU-Ausführung
Die MTUNR-Bohrstange arbeitet bei mir im Längs- und Plandrehen von Innenbohrungen sehr zuverlässig, die Platten sitzen bombenfest auch bei wechselnden Vorschüben.

Ausführliche Erfahrung mit der Bohrstange
Habe die 95-Grad-Bohrstange nun eine ganze Weile in Baustahl und 42CrMo4 bei uns laufen. Der Plattensitz bleibt auch nach vielen Wechseln stramm, der Werkzeugkörper wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Beim Schruppen und Schlichten gleichermaßen sauberer Lauf, die Oberfläche ist durchgängig in Ordnung. Werde ich wieder kaufen.

TU-Innenhalter 95 Grad zuverlässig
Für den Standard-Innenbetrieb eine solide Stange, Plattenklemmung wiederholgenau. Passt in meine Nische. Die Werkzeuglieferung kam zügig und vollständig, die Werkzeugausführung überzeugte von Beginn an durch wertige Verarbeitung. Im Einsatz keine Abstriche in Werkzeuggüte oder Werkzeugstandzeit.

Innenstange 95 Grad brauchbar
Für Längsdrehen innen passt alles, keine Vibrationen. Schrauben greifen sauber, Klemmung ist stabil.

Spitz läuft sauber
TNMG auf der Bohrstange läuft gleichmäßig. Feine Konturen klappen und der Schaft hält stabil bei meiner Ausladung.
