Boring Bar MTJNR/L 93°, Indexable Insert Holder
The Boring Bar MTJNR/L 93° accepts negative 60° triangular inserts of the TN family (TNMG, TNMM, TNMA) at a 93° approach angle. M clamping with top clamp and centre hole ensures a robust insert seat even under interrupted cuts in the bore.
M clamping secures the TNMG insert at the 93° approach angle with top clamp and centre hole for profile and contour work in the bore. The boring bar geometry is optimised for reach – deep bores with confined tool stations remain reliably accessible. The black-oxidised, tempered CrMo steel section absorbs high cutting forces without deflecting. The R and L versions match the respective turret geometry of the lathe.
The MTJNR/L 93° with the TN insert shape at the standard contour approach angle is a boring bar for profile work and contour finishing in the bore.
Scope of delivery: 1 MTJNR/L boring bar (without indexable insert) including shim, pin, clamp, screw, and wrench.

Halter sitzt wie er soll
Solide Qualität, nichts zu meckern. Sauber geschliffen, kein Aufbauen an der Schneide und gleichmäßige Oberfläche. Im Alltag spart das einiges an Nacharbeit. Gerade bei dem Preis echt eine runde Sache. Mehr braucht es für meinen Einsatz nicht.

TJ-Bohrstange 93 Grad solide
Die Bohrstange läuft in unserem Serienbetrieb unauffällig, die Klemmung hält die Platten auch bei tieferer Auskragung stabil.

Bohrstange 93 Grad, sehr brauchbar
Klemmt rautenförmige Platten fest, Kopierdrehen innen klappt gleichmäßig. Mehr als zufrieden, gute Ausführung und stabile Bearbeitung auch bei leichten Schrupparbeiten.

Innenhalter TJ 93 Grad stabil
Klassischer Innenhalter für Längsarbeit, kein Rattern bei vernünftiger Klemmlänge. Bin seit Monaten zufrieden. Werkzeug integriert sich nahtlos in meinen Ablauf.

Bohrstange für gehärtete Einsätze
Ich setze die Bohrstange beim Innendrehen eines gehärteten Einsatzes aus 1.2767 in der Hermle C22 ein. Der Schaft ist ausreichend steif um auch bei moderater Auskraglänge kein Schwingen zu zeigen. Die Platte klemmt sicher und die Maßhaltigkeit ist beeindruckend. Für meinen Werkzeugbau-Alltag eine sehr saubere Lösung.

Klassiker für Innenkonturen. Bei Reparaturen an Wellen und Umbauten regelmäßig in Gebrauch. Platte sitzt fest, Stange läuft sauber.
