WNMG-M1 Indexable Inserts for Stainless Steel
The WNMG-M1 indexable insert has been specially developed for economical finishing and semi-finishing of stainless steel. Thanks to its modern AlTiSi nanocomposite coating, it offers maximum hardness, excellent oxidation resistance, and outstanding thermal durability. This ensures consistently top-level tool life even at high cutting speeds.
The low coefficient of friction effectively prevents built-up edge formation, ensuring stable processes and uniform surface quality. The double-sided W-shape allows particularly economical use, as multiple cutting edges per insert are available. The specially developed chipbreaker geometry guarantees reliable chip evacuation, even under higher cutting forces or with tough chips.
