The SVVCN tool holder with a 72.5° approach angle combines the contour accessibility of a pointed 35° indexable carbide insert with the cutting stability of a shallow approach angle – a turning tool that plays to its strengths in both profile turning and heavy longitudinal turning. As a neutral tool holder, it is designed for all VC.. indexable carbide inserts and can be used in both right-hand and left-hand rotation.
The 72.5° approach angle directs a significant portion of the cutting forces axially into the shank, relieving the radial direction – this noticeably stabilises the process at high depths of cut and allows greater cutting depths per pass than steeper approach angles. At the same time, the 35° nose angle of the VC insert maintains a large clearance area that enables access to tight profile transitions and pointed contours. The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the bending rigidity that is critical for smooth cutting under load. The screw clamping system secures the insert precisely and enables quick changes. The neutral design eliminates the need for a second holder for the opposite direction – saving tooling costs and simplifying tool management.

Brauchbar, mit kleinen Abstrichen
Der Klemmhalter macht im Alltag einen soliden Eindruck und die Platte zentriert sich ordentlich. Die Schrauben hätte ich mir etwas hochwertiger gewünscht, da sie bei häufigem Wechsel schneller ermüden. Ansonsten ist der Einsatz aber in Ordnung.

Halter 72,5 Grad für spitze Konturen
Der Klemmhalter mit spitzer VN-Platte bringt bei Prototypen gute Konturzugänglichkeit, Stabilität bleibt bei Rückzügen.

Halter 72,5 Grad konturstark
Kombination aus Spitzwinkel und flacher Stabilität ist im Alltag hilfreich, wenn man schnell wechseln muss. Eine gute Ergänzung zum Bestand.

Halter brauchbar mit ordentlicher Klemmung
Klemmung hält, alles normal, nichts Auffälliges im Einsatz. Für einfache Dreharbeiten im Vergütungsstahl eine verlässliche Grundlage. Preis-Leistung passt in meinen Augen.

Bisher ganz okay
Verarbeitung und Plattensitz sind in Ordnung. Noch nicht oft genug im Einsatz um ein endgültiges Urteil zu fällen, aber der erste Eindruck ist positiv.
