The SCLCR/L tool holder with a 95° approach angle is a versatile turning tool for longitudinal, face, and shoulder turning with CC.. indexable carbide inserts. With its 95° approach, this tool holder combines the advantages of near-right-angle shoulder turning with a designed-in clearance angle that specifically prevents friction and wear on the minor cutting edge. Compared to exact 90° holders, the 95° approach angle creates a defined clearance between the minor cutting edge and the machined workpiece surface. This prevents pressure marks and premature flank wear – a decisive factor for surface quality and tool life, particularly during shoulder turning operations. At the same time, the angle remains shallow enough to produce clean steps close to 90°. The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the rigidity required when alternating between longitudinal and face turning conditions. The screw clamping system positions the rhombic 80° indexable carbide insert precisely and can be changed in just a few steps. Since the holder accepts all CC.. insert types, the full range of carbide grades and chipbreaker geometries is available – from fine-finishing to robust roughing variants.
The SCLCR/L is particularly recommended for workshops that want to achieve clean shoulder transitions and long tool life in longitudinal turning from a single holder – without compromising on insert selection.

Vielseitig einsetzbar
Den Klemmhalter nutze ich für Längs- und Schulterdrehen quer durch die Materialpalette. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich ordentlich. Auch bei Werkzeugwechseln bleibt die Wiederholgenauigkeit nach meinem Eindruck stabil. Ich habe ihn für unterschiedlichste Bauteile im Einsatz und hatte bisher nie Anlass zur Klage. Gerne wieder.

Schlichthalter 95 Grad vielseitig
Für den Normalfall beim Längs- und Plandrehen ideal. Die Schraubklemmung sitzt fest und wiederholgenau. Kenne teurere Halter mit dem gleichen Verhalten.

Universeller Klemmhalter für vielseitige Drehaufgaben
Bei typischen Längs- und Schulteroperationen in Stahl und Edelstahl kommt der Klemmhalter für die Platten zum Einsatz, die Klemmung bleibt nach mehreren Einsätzen spielfrei und der Plattensitz passt.

Vielseitiger Klemmhalter preiswert
Der Halter für Längs- und Plandrehen ist sauber gefertigt zum kleinen Preis. Bin zufrieden. Das Werkzeug bietet zu einem attraktiven Preis eine solide Werkzeugqualität, die Werkzeugausführung bleibt konstant und die Werkzeugaufnahme passt zu meinen bestehenden Werkzeughaltern.

Vielseitiger Drehstahl für den Alltag
Der Halter ist bei mir der Allrounder für Längs-, Plan- und Schulterdreh-Operationen an Werkzeugteilen. Der Sitz ist sauber gefräst, die Klemmung zieht die Platte plan und der Schraubenschlüssel ist dabei. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Vielseitiger Halter
Für die rhombischen Platten von Plan- bis Schulterdrehen, macht mir keinen ärger. Klemmung ist stabil und lässt sich problemlos öffnen. Für den Preis echt brauchbar.

Solider Schraubhalter
Schraubklemmhalter mit 95°-Anstellung, setze ich für Schlichten in Stahl und Edelstahl ein. Platte sitzt plan auf, Schraube hält zuverlässig. Für die Größe und Anwendung genau das Richtige, keine Beanstandung.

Kleiner Halter, solide gebaut
Schraubklemmung klappt einfach und zuverlässig, der Halter ist gut gemacht für den Preis und sitzt sauber im Revolver. Bis jetzt keine Auffälligkeiten bei mir.

Guter Allrounder für Lohnfertiger
Vielseitig einsetzbar bei Längs-, Plan- und Konturdrehen. Für unsere gemischten Reparatur- und Kleinserienarbeiten ein zuverlässiger Halter. Rüstzeit bleibt kurz weil Platte schnell sitzt und im Alltag keine Zicken macht.
