The MWLNR/L tool holder with a 95° approach angle is an economical turning tool for longitudinal, face, and shoulder turning with WN.. indexable carbide inserts. Six usable cutting edges per trigonal negative insert make this tool holder one of the most cost-effective solutions per cutting edge in external turning – combined with a stable 80° cutting geometry. The 95° approach angle ensures that the minor cutting edge remains clear of the machined surface during shoulder turning, preventing friction contact – this extends tool life and leaves clean shoulder transitions without pressure marks. The lever clamping system generates high clamping forces, holding the WN insert securely even during heavy machining and interrupted cuts, while leaving the rake face completely clear to guarantee unobstructed chip evacuation. The body, made from heat-treated tool steel, provides the rigidity that forms the foundation for reliable results under medium to heavy cutting conditions. The trigonal insert shape with an 80° nose angle offers a good compromise between cutting edge stability and accessibility – more robust than a 60° triangular insert, yet more contour-friendly than a square geometry.

Sechs Schneiden machen Spaß
Preis-Leistung ist hier wirklich stark. Die WNMG-Platten bieten sechs Kanten und der Halter sitzt sauber, Schnittbild ist in Ordnung und beim Schruppen gibt es keine Zicken. Bei uns läuft er inzwischen in mehreren Aufspannungen als Stammhalter. Werde ich mir nachordern.

Der Halter 95 Grad wirtschaftlich
Sechs nutzbare Schneidkanten plus stabiler Halter — in der Serie eine preislich sehr angenehme Kombination. In meiner Okuma LB3000 zuverlässig eingesetzt. Hab den Halter seit knapp einem Jahr täglich in Betrieb.

Noch im Einlaufen
Preislich ein klarer Gewinner, qualitativ solide Mittelklasse. Im Vergleich zur Marke sehe ich Vor- und Nachteile, insgesamt aber brauchbar.

Sechs Schneiden sind praktisch
Sechs nutzbare Kanten pro Platte das spart auf Dauer richtig. Der Halter selbst ist stabil und kein spiel im Sitz festzustellen.

Für den Preis ein richtig ordentlicher Halter. 95° ist universell, ich nutze ihn bei den meisten meiner kleinen Aufträge. Stabil, kein Spiel, Platte wechselt gut.

Halter sitzt sauber und laeuft rund. Hab es in S355J2 im Einsatz und bin zufrieden. Ordentliche Schärfe, sauber geschliffen. Hat sich bewährt.

Preis-Leistung passt
Nutze den Klemmhalter für Längs und Plandrehen. Sitzt sauber, Verarbeitung ist gut und die Platte wird zuverlässig geklemmt. Für den Preis bekommt man hier was Ordentliches.
