The Turning Tool Holder MVJNR/L 93° is an ISO turning tool holder for external longitudinal and facing turning with indexable carbide inserts of the VN family (VNMG, VNMM, VNMA, 35° rhombic) at 93° approach angle. The pointed insert shape with higher cutting edge angles is specialised for finishing operations and high surface finish.
The M-clamping ensures a stable insert seat through top clamp and centre hole even at fine feeds and critical surface requirements. The tempered steel body with 40-43 HRC and black oxide finish covers medium cutting loads. The VN insert geometry (35° rhombic) provides positive cutting edge angles which lead to better surface finish and lower cutting force requirements. The 93° approach angle additionally stabilises the fine cutting edges. The holder is proven for medium and finishing cuts with high quality requirements. R/L version per lathe tool seat.
The MVJNR/L 93° is the solution for precision-oriented turning with indexable carbide inserts of the VN family (VNMG, VNMM, VNMA) and high surface finish requirement.
Scope of delivery: 1 MVJNR/L holder (without indexable insert) including shim, pin, clamp, screw, and wrench.

93 Grad für VBMT-Platten
Halter macht was er soll, lief bei uns bei normalen Konturarbeiten ohne Probleme. Verarbeitung sauber, Plattensitz straff.

Brauchbar für den Preis
Bin positiv überrascht. Für den Einsatz in S235JR passt es gut. Kein Aufbauen an der Schneide, keine Vibrationen. Schon beim Auspacken sieht man die saubere Fertigung. Spanbruch passt bei mir gut. Qualität ist okay, richtig zufrieden bin ich aber noch nicht.

Für spitze Konturen super
Der Halter bringt die VN-Platte genau in die engen Konturen, keine Kollisionen mehr. sitzt spielfrei.

Drehstahl passt
Guter Drehstahl, klemmt gut und das Handling ist unproblematisch. Hab den bisher für verschiedene Stähle im Einsatz gehabt.

VN-Platten-Halter im Test
Bei engen Konturen funktioniert der Klemmhalter für VN-Platten bislang gut. Für die Langzeitbewertung fehlt bei mir noch mehr Einsatzzeit.

Klemmhalter konturstark günstig
Als Klemmhalter für spitzwinklige Konturen fair kalkuliert. Qualität ordentlich. Für die Werkstatt mit überschaubaren Losgrößen ist das Werkzeug ein wirtschaftlicher Griff, die Werkzeugausführung bleibt über Bestellungen stabil und die Werkzeugkosten merklich niedriger.

Läuft einwandfrei
Einfach auspacken und losdrehen. Läuft seit Wochen ohne Probleme und keine Auffälligkeiten in der Werkstatt.

Enge Konturen kein Problem
Der Halter schafft auch engere Konturen gut, dafür setze ich ihn bei Umbauten gerne ein. Platte sitzt präzise, keine Wanderung. Rüstzeit kurz und die Verarbeitung des Grundkörpers ist für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung.

Gut für filigrane Konturen geeignet
Feine Positionierung geht gut, die VB-Platte hat sauberen Kontakt zur Auflagefläche. Für feinere Schlichtdurchgänge an Werkzeugeinsätzen wirklich brauchbar. Macht was er soll.

Ganz ordentlich
Der Halter funktioniert, Verarbeitung ist in Ordnung. Nichts Besonderes, aber für den Preis akzeptabel. Muss sich noch im Dauereinsatz beweisen.
